URGENT Refund of £1,000.+ OUTSTANDING Purchased 1 pair of MBT last year which…

Purchased 1 pair of MBT last year which did not arrive because of Brexit. Finally got refund a couple of weeks ago. Placed an order for several pairs of size 5's costing over £1,000. They sent me size 6. I have complained and returned them and I still cannot get my money back. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. Very very very poor service over 6 weeks and no refund

Unable to buy using account

I was unable to purchase from my es.mbt.com account due to a technical problem. After contacting with customer service I was able to do the purchase only after logging out of my account, as if I didn't have an account.

Amazing online store

Amazing online store. Great prices and sales and great products to choose from. And as someone with arthritis in my feet (I'm in my 30s) they have some great styles too. Quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I'm from the UK and kept getting most…

I'm from the UK and kept getting most of the way through the process and then having to start all over again.
One of the reasons for this is that I'd fill a box with information which, although correct, seemed to be something your system didn't like or couldn't understand - probably because it was pre-programmed to expect something else.
One thing I REALLY didn't like was that I was required to provide either a VAT number or my National Insurance number.
I'm a private citizen, so have no business and no VAT number and could not proceed until I filled that box in with something. I therefore had no choice but to provide my NI number, which is personal and sensitive, so something I really did not want to disclose.
My obvious suggestion? Make this more UK-friendly!

I returned a pair of MBT shoes as the…

I returned a pair of MBT shoes as the sizing was wrong for me. I sent them back Royal Mail Tracked and followed all the instructions provided by MBT.
The package was initially held up in customs as MBYT had not provided the required paperwork They kept insisting that the delay in processing my refund was due to the items being stuck in customs despite my tracking number revealing that the item had actually been out for delivery. I am now told the shoes are coming back to me but they can't provide a tracking number nor details of when they may be back to me . Its now over 1 month since I seethe item back . The lack of any concern from the customer services is appalling I will never buy direct from the company again and will pertaining recommend no one else does

we are taking the necessary measures to make the return policy and procedure from the UK less cumbersome for customers, so customers will be asked to inform us before sending back their parcel, so that we can send them the necessary documentation to be retained in customs, as no longer belonging to the European community UK, it is an export.

MBT Spain continues to fail.

As I always fail in the delivery with the SEUR carrier, they tell me that it is MBT's fault because they have not contracted the service of notifying the Client through a package tracking identifier....
Years go by and MBT Spain does not change policy.
Very bad, very dissatisfied, I think that in the future I will continue buying from MBT Europe because they do not have these mistakes and blunders!!!!

If you buy from Spain and for Spain the delivery is always with Seur, and generally the carrier contacts the customer to arrange the delivery if at the first attempt he does not find the customer at the address indicated by him. However, if the order is placed outside Spain, the company in charge of delivery is different.

I bought women's trainers less than a…

I bought women's trainers less than a year. The rear of left one started deformation, I sent the photo and requested replacement. However, they didn't do nothing. The reason was I had been wearing them nearly a year. Actually, I had a foot injury so I couldn't go put for three months and this trainers wasn't for daily use. We believe this MBT technology is high but this experience wasn't support that. Furthermore, the customer service teams reply was so Disappointing.

Yesterday I ordered two pairs of MBT's, it was very quick, easy and straightforward, I am now awaiting delivery. A very good site.
Further to the above the MBT's arrived today, I would recommend this company to anyone, quick, efficient and a friendly delivery person.

When I ordered I was given to…

When I ordered I was given to understand I was ordering from MBT UK. However when the shoes arrived and didn't fit, I found out I needed to return said item within 3 weeks AND pay to return it, to Spain. I paid £20 to send tracked and signed for on June 14th. It is now almost a mth later and the item is allegedly still stuck at customs in Spain. So, to try a pair of shoes has potentially cost me £220! I'm extremely unhappy with this experience. I'm sorry but a company that charges £200 a pair of shoes cannot provide return labels? Abysmal

Excellent value no fuss purchase

Excellent value no fuss purchase - my first since the UK left the EU (what a stupid decision, but nothing I can about it now).
Turns out what I paid online was exactly as promised, no extras. And it was delivered quickly, too via UPS.
Very happy customer - MBT shoes are simply the only ones I will purchase in future, as their Classic, Performance shoe style is really good for my posture.

Delivery was delayed and no dispatch…

Delivery was delayed and no dispatch email.
When the shoes arrived they are no way reflecting the price paid in quality.
They squeak with every step, very disappointing as I had MBT’s many years ago and they were great quality.
I thought I was ordering from a uk site, it turns out it’s based in Spain. I’d return them but the invoice is in Spanish and I have no idea how so I’m stuck with a pair of poor quality shoes which you can hear me coming in and I’m
£110 out of pocket!!!

n general, all out products come with an original MBT® brand certificate. There is a 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase. Inappropriate use and/or care of MBT footwear will void the warranty. For more information regarding the use and care of your MBT footwear, see the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of this web page. If, due to a manufacturing defect, any of our products don’t meet our standards of quality, we will refund your money or exchange the footwear in question.

To begin the refund or exchange process due to defects, write an email to customerservice.uk@mbt.com and present the original sales receipt, the card payment slip, the web order number, the name the purchase was made under and a photo of the product. With this information we will assess your case and MBT will determine whether the item is defective or not. If we determine that an exchange or refund is appropriate, Customer Service will provide you with a return authorisation number, and will organise the collection and subsequent delivery of the new pair, as stipulated, or the refund for the amount, as agreed.

Wrong Size Sent

I ordered a pair of MBT shoes in size 9.5 on the advice from MBT to choose a size larger than usual, but on arrival from Spain the shoes were size 10.5 and far too large. They are unwearable. I'm not impressed! Order No. #5000015021
Thanks for the reply. MBT shoes are great for my feet, but unfortunately this is the second time I received a size larger than the one ordered.
Update - I returned the shoes for a refund as this particular pair of 10.5 US size was too floppy.
I then ordered a new diffent model pair in UK size 9.5 on the advice of MBT to order a size larger than usual, and received a pair in size 10.5. The issue is that MBT shoes are on the shoe details sized in US and EU sizes and the UK size on the order in English totally gets mixed up. This is the third time this has happened to me and MBT simply can't get it right. I'm keeping these shoes as although rather floppy they are wearable and I need this footware due to arthritis of my big toe. Years ago I did get a pair in 9.5 which are fine if somewhat worn, but now the order process is not reliable.

LAMI Birch - Very Poor Quality

My first pair of MBT trainers was bought many years ago when they became popular. They are still going.
My second pair, LAMI Birch, bought only some years ago, have already fallen to bits and are unwearable. The rocking bit of the sole has split all over and they need to be binned. I brought this to the attention of MBT Spain (there is no MBT UK), and indeed received a reply within 48 hours. But it was all about the material being soft and porous, and incorrect storage and humidity and how the shoes have been worn, etc. I was advised that I could take the shoes back to the shop where they were bought with the original receipt if within the warranty period of 2 years. The shop does no longer exist, the receipt got lost and the 2 years have been exceeded. No good-will gesture like a few £££ off my next purchase or even an apology for the poor quality of a pair of £130 shoes. So they will be thrown away and I will never ever buy another pair of MBTs again!
