I have not received the 3 pairs of shoes that I ordered yet, delivery is going to take a really long time (which is something I do not like), also, I was promised a 10% discount on my second order (which I did) and I did NOT receive the 10% discount, so I am rather disappointed.

You placed your orders on 15/05 and received them on 19/05. On our website it is specified that delivery is between 3 and 5 working days. We believe that the delivery was made on time.

Confusing and a little baffling
The website was very confusing and the indicated ‘mandatory’ information required was not actually necessary. It also took several attempts to get my selected shoes to feed through to the cart.
Managed after about 5 attempts. Bit annoying but hot there in the end.
I hope I get what I have ordered, let’s see.
