Excellent Asian Flicks and support
Excellent Asian film selection and their support is amazing. Received the first shipment in a very poor condition (it looked like it had been shredded in a post facility) and they resent the whole shipment for no additional cost. From now on, they're my go to for Third Window releases.

Great company and they use bubble wrap
I have ordered a few packages from Terracotta and they have always been in good condition and bubble wrapped. I've received packages from other distributors and Terracotta is the only one I've used so far that puts extra protection(bubble wrap) around the packaging.
