Terracotta more often than not has the best prices for the new Asian releases. An added bonus is they also tend to ship items early so you're guaranteed to receive it on the release date (if not a few days earlier).

My orders have always arrived in top condition and they are very active on social media keeping you up to date with dispatch times and answering queries.

The only improvement I'd suggest is the reward points. Earning 1 point per pound and needing 500 points to get a £5 discount will take an extremely long time to achieve for most.

Overall Terracotta are my go to for Asian releases and I can't recommend them enough.

My movies arrived far sooner than I was anticipating and they were both in pristine condition, absolutely no complaints whatsoever will be ordering from again!

The blueray dvd arrived quite quickly, and the quality is good. I was happy VAT was included in the price of them item so I didn't have to deal with customs. The only nitpick I have is the lack of mid price tracking. IIRC there were only 2 options, a cheap untracked shipping option or a very expensive tracked option.

I placed a sizable order for a dozen movies and paid extra for the tracked international shipping. When the package had arrived I was surprised by the shape, usually most shops ship blurays/dvds in a single stack with a thicker box. This order came in a very thin, flat style box with two smaller stacks placed next to each other horizontally and a big hole in the box I assume from being dropped. The way it was packed gave way to a much flimsier package as a whole where it was freely bending when picking up one side. Opening the box there was one thin layer of bubble wrap and not even enough to fill out the package to prevent a lot of movement. Half of the cases were cracked but thankfully the disks were fine.
The prices were great, just a bit disappointing that seemingly not a lot of care is put into packing or the materials used.

Ordered a few times now. Delivery was well packaged and effortless. There are good deals to find here. Can recommend!

As per my previous review, there was a title no longer available, VULGARIA. After contacting Third Window on Instagram (Adam?) told me they had copies of VULGARIA along with some others being returned from stores that would then go up on the website the following day. The next day, all of the titles were put up for sale and I got what I was missing. Thank you! This is how things should be done. Goes to show it never hurts to ask! ^__^
