Does it get any worse

Does it get any worse? I ordered a air purifier from shark from somebody’s TikTok live I ordered it and it said that delivery would be on between the 10th and the 11th, then it was saying that the item is lost or it can’t be found essentially for many many days, including up until the 14th. And I kept on tracking it up until like literally yesterday which is the 18th and then they claimed somehow they magically had delivered it on the 10th and there’s no proof on the Evri website and anybody who uses Evri knows that they’re just ridiculous can’t believe this. Festival if they delivered it, where is the proof of delivery they claim on their website. You can click the button that says proof of delivery from from TikTok that will take you to evri’s page but there is no proof once you get there they’ve literally just claiming it’s been delivered. There’s no picture there’s no evidence of whether they claim they deliver this too. There’s no evidence that was ever even attempted to be delivered is actually a joke the tracking doesn’t even show that it came near my house. It doesn’t say anything like oh out for delivery in your area the worst service if it’s not with DPD or Royal mail you should literally not make any orders that aren’t shipped by these people because every is the most fraudulent company and TikTok shop is that any better. Like everybody else who’s made these complaints they need to be put out of business.

Dreadful customer service

Ordered After Shave. Evri sent proof of delivery. NOT my address though! No idea where it was. Tik Tok customer service completely unhelpful and said it was delivered as per photo. Didn’t seem bothered that it was not my address and never received goods! Never use them again. Dreadful

Don't buy anything!

Don't buy anything!! Order the weighted Highland cow and said evri had it. Never arrived. They said it got held at customs and would send another and I got that email on a loop. No parcel. Luckily I've paid with klarna so reported it. Got an email to say that they are refunding me. Let's hope that happens. Will never use the shop again!!

I ordered a 16TB USB 3.2 Fast Flash Drive from the TikTok Shop and Never Received the Item …

I ordered a 16TB USB 3.2 Fast Flash Drive from the TikTok shop on the TikTok site. The courier marked the item as delivered but it wasn’t delivered. The only picture that I have is of a drive way but no evidence of a parcel being posted or handed to a member of staff at the care home where I live at the moment. This is not acceptable and I want a full refund for this item that wasn’t delivered. I have a picture of a drive way but no evidence of a parcel being delivered whatsoever. However. Every other item that I purchased from the TikTok shop was delivered but this one wasn’t. I will always give credit where it’s due. But I want a refund for this item as it wasn’t delivered to me.

Tiktok/ Evri awful sercice

2nd time in 2 weeks my parcels have went missing. Evri tracking says its got item then its on way, then its at sorting office and then boom it disappears off tracking.. have contacted tiktok and they told me that Couriers are very busy.. funny that DHL, royal mail etc are all fine but evri cant seem to hold on to parcels. Tik tok customer service useless.

Tried to start a selling account

Tried to start a selling account. It's not nearly as easy as it seems. I thought and hoped it would be similar to ebay. Start an account, list a few items, get paid and ship.

Instead, they want business info, they want me to pay to start advertising, Pages load with large blank boxes that can't be minimized. There's no way to go forward after the first page.

Could get ripped off. No refund

Customer service is basically not needed because they didn't even attempt to help me when I got scammed from a fraudulent seller on their website. I attempted several times to get some sort of help. I got a reply from them denied refund.

Never purchase again

This app has so many illegitimate sellers. I will never purchase from them again. From products that are not what you purchase to fraudulent shipping labels. Don't trust this app.

Bought of them before no problems but…

Bought of them before no problems but now due to courier evri not delivering my parcels shown a door which is not mine put in a claim being rejected no reason why total scam and thief’s don’t bother just seems they want to steal your money and use crap couriers evri to say they delivered when they ain’t will be taking it further they ain’t getting away with it about time these scam company’s got closed down

The sizing is always wrong

The sizing is always wrong, 3 orders was wrong I didn’t send back, last order was the worst, sizing and fabric, I try to send back but Tik Tok gave me a lot of BS, never again, they punch of scammers.

TikTok Shop is a SCAM
This is a complete nightmare and a total scam. I had four orders fulfilled and shipped through Shopify with valid tracking numbers. Despite having proof of shipment and tracking showing the products were on their way, TikTok's system wouldn't let me enter the tracking information.

4 of my orders were already scheduled to be delivered or had been delivered before the due date. But because of TikTok's glitchy policy system, that if you're not aware of, they will make it YOUR FAULT!, all four orders were automatically canceled.

Now I'm out of the money for the products I sent, the money I paid for shipping, and the customers have been refunded by TikTok. This platform is a complete joke and has cost me a lot of money and time. If you're a creator or seller, DO NOT USE TIKTOK SHOP. You will lose money, and they will not help you. I tried their "CHAT SUPPORT" -just as pathetic as their platform. I'M CLOSING MY SHOP! 30 day notice has been given.

Fake!

Someone used my address/ identity off Tiktok as part of a scam. They use these identity to make fake profiles with fake reviews, in order to get people to buy their products.

TikTok shop deflects onto delivery companies

I’ve had multiple experiences with this problem now. Parcels are often left outside by evri/amazon and TikTok shop never takes responsibility. They tell me to contact evri or amazon? But they cannot give me any help or refund me that’s TikTok shops’s responsibility. They deflect and are happy for you to give them money and not receive goods paid for. Can’t ever speak to anyone at TikTok shop only a bot. AWFUL!!!

Customer Support Unable to Resolve an Issue

I haven't been able to shop from TikTok for almost six months. They claimed that I have a chargeback/dispute, but they can't provide any evidence. No one from customer support is capable of resolving this. Time to move on to another platform.
