I accidentally put in the wrong price for shipping cost. First thing Monday morning I received a message stating that it is being addressed. These people are great

There were no beads included in the kit for doing the background.
I found some on my own but they weren't perfectly round and uniform like the ones in the kit.
Do you sell beads separately?
My project turned out nice, but I was disappointed that there were no beads for the background.

I love the product but the delivery is too long

I was contacted by customer service that 2 of the 10 items I ordered were out of stock and expected to be back in stock in a few weeks. I asked them to go ahead and ship the items in stock and ship other 2 items when they were back in stock. The next day I received an email that the 8 items had shipped.
I appreciate the great customer service and that they are keeping in touch with me and letting me know the status of my items.
This is my second order from shopanydeals and the quality of the projects is top notch. They always turn out beautiful!

The item I was trying to order was not available but it was easy to find something else with clear communication and plenty of other options to chose from.

I ordered several beaded cross stitch kits from a company I have never done business with. The kit's instructions were in Chinese. I had to write their customer service department 4 times before this problem ended in a video being sent. All I wanted were the instructions in English. I have a feeling that I dealt with 2 people, the second person was much more helpful. I was really excited about trying something new. I am 77 years old and am trying to keep my brain active. I don't enjoy being shuffled around.

I placed an order and I noticed that I had entered the incorrect shipping address, so I emailed them and they corrected it instantly. Great customer service!

I had mismatched numbers and shopanydeals replaced them for me. They did a good job of keeping me updated on my replacement delivery time.

My package was damaged in shipping and a part must have fallen out. It took a couple of times to get the right replacement part, but they were very helpful and didn't give up until the problem was corrected. I will continue shopping with them for sure!

I was upset because I had ordered something and didn't think I had received a verification. I contacted them and, with slight hiccups because of the time difference and weekend, I received my order. Customer service was very helpful and delivery was a lot faster then expected.

They made a mistake with my order by sending me the wrong item but they sent it to me with my next order and didn’t ask for the wrong item back. I’ll continue ordering with them

So far they have helped me. Depends on if I get the product free that they promised me. There emails have been frequent and informative and very helpful. I love there product as long as it doesn’t have wrinkles in it.

Product was defective. Took several emails to get the problem corrected. I will not buy from this company again.

Im so happy with Shopanydeals. Not only is the product great but their customer service is great. I emailed them about a problem and they got back to me right away. They corrected the problem. You won't go wrong ordering from them.
