Always a pleasure to deal with these people. Excellent customer service - rarely is there a problem with an order but if there is it is dealt with promptly and courteously.

I had purchased a diamond art in April 2022 and when I went to start it I discovered that the wrong stones were in pack.

I contacted shopanydeals explained issue and were very helpful in resolving my problem.

I am now waiting for the correct stones to arrive :)

I order a lot from here and always love them. This time it was one of my bigger orders and it was split up into 2 shipments. The first came 3 weeks before the 2. The tracking number would not work, so I emailed them and they gave me the tracking number and I was able to track it. They are the best for responding quickly and so polite and helpful.
I will be ordering more soon 😊

Never had an issue with the company. I git wrong drills in one picture and they sent me new ones. Gonna continue shopping here once i done moore of my paintings. Bought way to many 😂😂

Not very happy with the service. I ordered a painting back in January and never received a n email confirmation regarding my order. They got the payment. Will not be buying from shopanydeals again

Ease of purchase, quality and delivery outstanding

I had to contact customer service regarding a small problem, which was my mistake. They were very helpful and understanding. I will continue to purchase items from them as I love this new hobby of mine. I especially love the key chains and/or Christmas ornaments as they make up quickly. I donate them to my local animal shelter for their Christmas bazaar, makes nice gifts.

I have not received my order that I placed on Jan 8, 2023. Please advise. Order number is SAD00100061

I needed the color chart ahead of receiving the product. I sent an email on February 2nd. And they responded immediately. I had the answer on February 5th.

Before spending €165with shopanydeals, I read many brilliant reviews, so I felt confident they were a trustworthy company. I have now realised that the payment went to chinatera Ltd. Which to say the least has nothing but bad reviews ie. People getting scammed out of their payments. Now I'm wondering if I'm one of the many, as I can't find anything on the shop anydeals site confirming my order. All I can do is wait and keep my fingers crossed that I've not lost my money.
Update.
Received a prompt reply from shopanydeals the very next day apologising for the delay and addressing Mt problem. I now feel reassured enough to use them again. However, I'll wait for my order to arrive first and see if they refund me for out of stock products that I have already paid for. So for a next day response at least, I'll have to give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

I really enjoyed doing the paintings I have gotten from Shopanydeals. This recent one is no exception. All of their paintings are beautiful! This one came all kitted up for me so I could start right away. I call this one the green house. I have o e in my stash and another just arrived tonight in my mailbox.

Shopanydeals is a great place for Diamond art. I live way down in New Zealand and in most cases what I order takes less than three weeks to get to me. There products are usually of a really good high standard and variety. And the try hard to help if you do have a query.

Merry is wonderful to deal with. Was missing some diamonds and she responded quickly. She doesn't waste any time in answering my e-mails. Thank you so much Merry.

Best company for diamond art painting I have found no problem to big or to small if there is an issue which over the past three years or so I’ve only had one issue which was resolved with first attempt. Love dealing and buying with this company

They reshipped the right item.
It was so great to get the right item that I wanted.

I made a purchase and the product came with an incorrect part. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, were easy to work with, and they resolved the issue very quickly by sending me a whole new item (rather than just replacing the bad piece). Great company to deal with!

Due to the customer service, I will continue to place orders with this company. I ordered a Diamond Painting in Oct. 28th, a month later I had not received it. So I reached out. Come to fond out the order got lost, so the quickly offered a replacement. I finally got my package the other day. The best thing is, they continued to keep check with me until I received my order. I give give a 5 star for product and customer service. Thank you!!

This company gives me confidence in my ordering. They are prompt to respond to any questions I have and I feel they genuinely care about me. The pictures are extra bright and shiny. I have never ran short of diamonds in over 60 pictures. They are the best!!
