The game selection has too many ads and is too limited
The game selection is too limited. It doesn't include the games I currently play and the payout a too little for the amount of advertising that is forced into the games. I believe the games available are selected because of the high frequency of advertising in them.

eGift Card usability was unfriendly …
eGift Card purchase was a user friendly process however, trying to access the eCards after the purchase became very problematic. The difficulty arose out of being redirected to the 3rd party holding the eCards. There is no need formation saying all Gift Cards must be opened in Shopback first. As a result, the eCard purchaser is unable to spend the eGift value because the eCard has not been activated
