Thought it was a scam - glad I was wrong

Thought it was a scam - ended up saving my bacon. It actually works - I’ve managed to withdraw $200 from my ShopBack for my purchases at Temu. Now I always use the ShopBack app before completing my purchases cos let’s be honest everyone loves a good savings and that cash back does come in handy.

worst customer service ever

Cashback sometimes not tracked or tracked incorrect amount even when you have done everything right.
Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Especially the agent Ma-ra-ya. She is rude and unhelpful. Most of them are merely copy and paste scripts without actually helping customers.
