Shop Disney website product variety

I keep going to the Shop Disney website hoping for the same magic I feel at the parks- something new and imaginative but they just keep producing the same play set or t-shirt and changing out the movie theme. I do think they have made improvements to the website as far as sorting and filtering to find the items I want. Prices keep going up and the designs are just so overdone.

No communication

No communication, did receive my parcels after 3 weeks, one was seperated into 2 parcels but wasn't told, they only arrived after sending multiple emails it's as if they forgot about my order! Yet they didn't reply to these emails anyway!! I shop from Disney every Christmas and I've never experienced this before! I won't be returning eventhough the products were lovely!

Absolutely Awful customer service & company

Absolutely Awful customer service & company.
I've been waiting 17 DAYS & counting now for my order, and it hasn't even been dispatched! I have not heard anything from you, no updates or apologies.
I feel this is totally unacceptable and very poor customer service.
Yoy deserve to lose all your customers and hopefully go bust!

"Poor unfortunate souls"

Don't understand why such a high profile company has such terrible customer service! Ordered 2 in stock items on 8th November, delivery was due to be within 3-5 working days but showed would be delivered by 18th Nov. Now 22nd Nov and order still hasn't even been dispatched. Emailed them on 17th Nov, no response. Live chat on 21st Nov and took 3 attempts (2 hours) to get through without being cut off to be told I just need to wait. Terrible service.

I made a purchase UK32231845 on Disney store UK website. I waited a lot for the delivery. When I opened the box the Mickey Mouse Icon Festive Wreath was damage. I was in touch
With Disney store and they told me that I need to sell the damage parcel and wait 15 days to receive the new Mickey Mouse Icon Festive Wreath. It’s ridiculous. They sent me one item damage and I need to wait 15 days? I already sent it back and I’m very disappointed because it’s not business if they sent me something damaged. The minimum they could do was send another one immediately in place of the damaged Mickey Mouse Icon Festive Wreath. I'm really disappointed. The point is They don't believe in their customers. What am I going to do with a crumpled garland? I'll put it in the trash. is obvious. Wait 15 days to receive another one it's a joke.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage - took them more than 4 weeks to deliver my stuff - shipped 5 items with orders over the course of weeks !! Customer service is absolutely useless and I do not even know why they exist. They can’t cancel nor delay or give even information - you could as well talk to a monkey - would be similarly helpful.

The last two items marked as delivered - never seen them.

Shifty (f=t) communication about when stuff has been sent or delivered or anything.

In my opinion if you delay staff above the given time frame for shipment you should offer a cancellation.

Total crap all of the experiences.

Wished I could give ZERO stars ordered…

Wished I could give ZERO stars ordered on the october 15th! and still not shipped over 70 dollar order. I will never order from this site again and probably will not get it until after the event it was needed for! All you get it generic response back and different responses one said delays , one said they would express ship , one said it would be here before Halloween. GET IT TOGETHER , PLEASE.

PLACED ORDER ON THE 20th OCT DELIVERY BY THE 28TH. TODAY IS THE 28th AND IT IS STILL IN PROGRESS.
TELL ME WHO DELIVERS YOUR ITEMS? IT SAYS DELIVERY BY GLOBALE???????? I NEED ANSWERS. I HAVE BOUGHT ITEMS FROM YOU IN THE PAST, NO PROBLEMS. SO WHATS GONE WRONG?

Items in eternal limbo.

I ordered two in stock items over two weeks ago. I have zero idea what's going on with this new company they use. Like others, just received generic scripted email replies back. Apparently a company can keep your order in limbo for eternity, but not allow you to cancel. I absolutely will never use Shop Disney again. Sad to see a beloved property use such a poor retail service.

I ordered a belle dress for my…

I ordered a belle dress for my daughters party, to get free delivery I also ordered personalised pjs that are not worth the money.

After waiting over a two weeks for it to be delivered they then just cancelled the order with no reason why. They are impossible to get hold of and when you do they are very scripted and unhelpful.
I’ve been promised a manager call back by 4 different members of their team and nothing. Online chat is pointless. I’ve never know a service like it. When I asked if I order it again will they take the delivery off to an eventually getting a yes, they said but it may not come anyway. Useless. Ruined a little girls big day. Don’t use!!

very poor service

very poor service - order was due to be delivered on Friday but was not dispatched until Friday - my order had 2 items - one did not arrive - no communication that it was to be sent separately - have failed to get through to anyone - almost 2 hours on live chat (40 minutes of which as first in queue), no response to Facebook message or email or phone

If I could give negative stars I would do so.
Ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter 2 weeks ago on October 6th. Says it is processing for the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried contacting them 3x and no one can give me answers. I tried to cancel the order and they said I can’t do that either. So frustrating. My daughter is so upset that she will have to chose another costume because the one she chose is all sold out everywhere now. Thanks for nothing Disney your customer service is awful and the once beloved by all company is now been driven into the ground with your wokeism and failure to meet your customers needs.

Don't let the confirmation email fool you!

I purchased ONE figment loungefly on shopdisney on 10/4/23 during its restock. This was my first ever purchase on shopdisney so it isn't like I've ordered this before or tried to order more than allowed. I received a confirmation email with order number and my cc was preauthorized. I waited 9 days.. still not shipped. I sent an email, no response, until today that was a very rude email about how I never had an order! I was able to get a hold of someone on their chat on the shopdisney site and was told my order didn't exist. So you send me a confirmation email with order number, charge my account then say there is no order. I also NEVER received a cancelation email of my order! I was told.. "well, this happens." I argued about my card being charged and low and behold, my money was returned. Took me contacting them to get my money! The funds were removed when the order was placed! So how is that if I never had an order? So apparently shopdisney can take your credit card information, charge you with holding the funds for a non existing order! They refused to put me on a waiting list or even have one sent from epcot. So you don't even have access to the products your selling?

I bought a $374 titanium mickey watch…

I bought a $374 titanium mickey watch as a birthday gift for my son online from shopdisney. Will never do again! The watch was defective- the pointing hands were way off. So I shipped it back for an exchange, and they sent me another defective watch (it was probably the exact same one they shipped me the first time). Ended up having to take to a local repair shop to fix, which cost me big $$$$. Total rip off. I will never purchase anything from shopdisney ever again.

Poor service, not very Disney

We ordered a costume as a gift. There was no sign of the delivery after weeks since placing the order.

We then received an email which claims we requested cancellation (which we did not). After we followed up we could not get a straight answer. We attempted to escalate to leadership, however phone calls and emails to reach out to us never came (despite claims on the order). At this time of writing we still have no contact.

If you are gift giving DO NOT order from this site this Christmas, do not order here it will only lead to disappointment for your child.
