I ordered an Halloween Mickey & Minnie castle. It arrived with the tower broken. So i contacted the ShopDisney EU customer service. No response, nothing. So i put out my complaint on their Instagram. Nothing. For such an household name and brand, ShopDisney is really bad PR for the Disney brand. Would def not recommand buying online.

User- unfriendly & lousiest site
Shopdisney india site is one of the lousiest & the most user un-friendly e-com site I've ever come across. They put an offer for free delivery for a minimum purchase, but in reality it isnt so. I wrote a few mails to them, they replied have fixed the issue, but it still persists.
On top of all these challenges, I would also like to highlight their delivery partner ( Delhivery). Their customer care number is out of order, no information of why is there a delay of delivery. Beware all - please dont get fooled by their brand "Disney" and make a decision to buy from their website.

You have to pay for your return when they screw up!
My wife ordered a t-shirt for $32.99 in a ladies size medium. What was delivered was marked medium but was actually approximately a men's size XL. When we went to return it, we realized that she had to pay for shipping back the shirt which was almost $13.00 UPS ground. We're stuck with the shirt but will NEVER order from Shop Disney again. It's apparent that Disney is trying to make up for lost time and bad decisions.

I returned items for order #UKOL11263889 on 10 January 2023, and asked when I could expect to receive my refund on 24 January 2023. I initially got an email asking for a copy of the Evri Parcelshop receipt which I'd already attached. I sent it again and have been ignored ever since. I've shopped with them for years without any problems but I have heard of people with the same issue leaving comments online. I will be opening a claim and won't be using them again! Ordered from Disney , the order didn’t go through . So I rang them they told me the site went down so it wasn’t completed .
So I ordered again the money went out of account on the second order . Then I noticed two days later it had gone out again . Tried to cancel with them explaining situation but to no avail . I received to large parcels identical contents . Tried to send back the first but no one could find the order number . Been in contact several times no one gets back to you . Sent second parcel back instead as they had a record of that one . Sent back on the 6/12/22 .
Rang disney shop today have to wait another 48hrs for someone to chase it up it’s £62 .oo I would of really liked it back before Christmas but can’t see that happening. The chat is off line as well . Awful customer Service
Use to love Disney and spent a fortune in there stores but had nothing but issues since they’ve been online only and customer service is absolutely shocking 3 weeks to chase an order and a return and keep getting told to wait another 48hrs then guess what call back after 48hr to be told to wait another 48 absolutely awful!

Such a bad experience. Ordered 22/11/22 still haven’t received. Gone missing with courier EVRI. Called and raised via chat multiple times and can’t seem to get anywhere. Spent £115. They keep saying it’s been logged with “home office” just soooooo frustrating and not something you’d expect from Disney

Damaged gift bag
When I received my order number UK12684126. Gift bag was damaged, there was a huge rip up the front, I have tried many ways, to get in touch with the company, but no joy. I can’t even return, it to a local store, the nearest being London, I live in Scotland. If I had known this I probably wouldn’t have bought anything on line. I’m now left with a unusable gift bag which was to be used for, my little granddaughters Disney gifts for Christmas.

My package was delivered to my neighbor. Finally, received the glasses I ordered. When I opened the box, the glasses were shattered. I called shopDisney to have them replaced, but they were out of stock. The customer service agent told me I was allowed to replace the item with a goblet, and she guaranteed 2-day shipping. Two days later and no item! I called customer service again, only to find out that the goblet will take 3 weeks to receive. The agent told me that they could cancel the order, but it wouldn’t be reimbursed until 1-2 weeks after the order is processed. Unacceptable!!! My only compensation for this horrific experience was free shipping and small compensatory amount on my next purchase. Now, I have to scramble and find my best friend a birthday gift. The agent had the audacity to wish me “good luck!” Beware before purchasing off there website!!! Customer service lies!!!
Customer service will lie to you
Shopdisney customer service rep Emily said she canceled my order but it was never canceled. Clearly she lied. I reorder assuming it was canceled to take advantage of a better discount they offered the same day. I did not realize it at the time but now realize I heard a sarcastic tone. Either the support staff are overworked or just something else. Called a second time and the next rep just kept giggling when I was responding respectfully with "Yes, thank you"... Even rediculed my order with "(giggles) are you a collector?"... Don't they realize people are Christmas shopping for gifts? I will not be shopping online with Disney ever again.

It’s not the product, it’s the service!!! I bought this product a couple of weeks ago, paid for shipping, and waited to get my item within 5 to 7 days, to find out that I was not going to get my order on time!!! According to Disney store, I had a hold on my account for no reason, and I never got notified. If I hadn’t reached out to customer service today to see what was going on, I wouldn’t have known what was happening with my order. Disney store representative just decided then to release the order today, but I still have to wait for another 5 to 7 business days to get what is part of my daughter’s costume for the upcoming Halloween events!!! The supervisor didn’t do anything to solve my situation, my order will not get home when I need it, but when they want it… I would never recommend buying at DisneyShop again!!! You can’t trust it or their customer service. They won’t make you have a magical experience, but a horrible nightmare!!! Thank you DisneyShop for ruining my daughter’s costume!!!
ShopDisney is a Total Bust
I ordered some Star Wars figures. The poorly packed box arrived crushed. All the cards got damaged so I sent them back for replacement. I had to pay the UPS shipping bill. I was surprised Disney doesn't even cover that. It wasn't cheap. Today I got an email saying they have no replacements and I would get a refund. So I actually am net negative for choosing ShopDisney. They did offer to review my shipping receipt but that's just another chore to find it... maybe I'll try. Point is it's pretty bad service to create chores and expenses for your customer while leaving them empty-handed. There are definitely much better retailers to deal with if you can find the items you want.
