My tracking information got messed up. I placed an ordered 4/30/2022 and the tracking said it was going to be here 4/5/2022. So I called because this is the last pin I need in my collection and I was a bit stressed…I spoke to Chelsea and she was phenomenal. Got everything squared away and was super sweet. Thanks guys

My experiences with ShopDisney.com have been pretty good. Ordering and tracking were smooth and simple, and shipping didn't take all that long. Sometimes the site acts a little buggy...but, in reality, all sites have issues from time to time. All in all, good site.
Honestly this is the worst experience....
Honestly this is the worst experience with a company that I've ever had. I placed an online order for 5 items, I paid over 200 dollars in shipping, and then the site is in USD so I paid 1100 for these 5 items. Because I live in Canada I have to pay international fees and duties which i knew but what I did not know was that disney would be so ignorant and inconsiderate, that they would send each item separately. Because they sent every item separately that made me responsible to international fees on every single box, which was anywhere from 30-60 for each because for each one i am being charged a different fee. Then when I contacted customer service, they had the audacity to blame me, saying that I should have known i would be subject to all these charges.
I suggest you stay away from the Disney store they're nothing but greedy thieves.

Whilst I can appreciate things may get oversold, especially at this time of year. I'm disgusted that the items remain on sale!

Poor quality/sizing and must pay return shipping
The quality and correct sizing of their items (specifically clothing) is horrible. Sold out quickly so unable to exchange for a different size. You the consumer then have to pay for return shipping. What a waste of money. Spent 2 weeks back and forth with Customer Service. I do not recommend using ShopDisney.

Deceptive Advertising
I recently signed up for a Disney Visa because it supposedly offered 10% off Disney items. It wasn’t until after I received my card that I discovered the 10% off only applies to “eligible” items. The problem is that I have yet to find an item that is eligible. Although misleading, this trick is only unethical, but not illegal.
However, I received an email yesterday from Shopdisney.com that said “Sitewide Savings” of 30% off for orders over $200. I thought it would be a good chance to get some last minute Christmas gifts at a discount. Unfortunately, the discount didn’t apply to several of the items I chose. This time, not only was their advertising deceptive and unethical, but downright illegal. Sitewide means sitewide, not select items.
I contacted customer service and they were insistent that they did nothing wrong. This is the kind of behavior by corporations that triggers class action lawsuits.
Disney has more and more become dollar driven and not customer driven. I had annual passes last year and I was disturbed by how poor Disney customer service is across the board.
I’ve used Amazon for several years now and I’ve never had a complaint with their customer service, so I know big corporations can still offer such things.
I will be cancelling my Disney Visa and giving my business to companies that don’t completely screw over their customers while saying “Have a magical day!”
After trying to order a stitch stuffed…
After trying to order a stitch stuffed animal. Here is my experience... The level of inconsideration experienced with this purchase has been awful. Friday 11/20 my package was said to have arrived, upon opening the package I realized THEY had sent the wrong item, I call customer service and was informed I had to return the wrong product in order for the correct product to be shipped. I explained to the customer service rep that I had just made it home that day from saying goodbye to my now deceased grandfather because he was being removed from life support and wasn’t sure when I would be able to get to UPS to ship it back, she stated that she would bypass it so that I could receive my order in time for my daughters birthday but also stated numerous times that I had to return their mistake so I was not charged. I told her that was fine but I was not sure when I would get there since I had to make funeral arrangements.
Now we skip to a week later...after going through and still going through a horrible situation, I call to find out where the correct package is, this customer service rep informs me about returning THEIR mistake and my product not shipping because of that so I explain what I have been experiencing after the passing of my grandfather which is... the day after my grandfather passed I found out a very close friends son who is 15 went missing and possibly jumped off of a bridge. This boy is like my son, he spends a significant amount of time at my home and is treated the same as my own children. The next few days were spent standing in the freezing cold and rain for 12+ hours waiting to see if his body was recovered from the river, which he was not ever recovered so the days since then have been spent talking to investigators and searching on foot for this child. So the chancing of me being getting to UPS to return THEIR mistake is slim right now because of the horrendous situation I am dealing with. The customer service rep today continues to inform me multiple times that I must return THEIR mistake. I must take time out of my day that has been spent searching for a missing child to get to UPS.
We spend a significant amount of money at Disney between our trips and the tens of thousands of dollars spent on merchandise and to see the level of non compassion experienced because I’m not sure when I can return THIER mistake in unreal
Wrong item
I ordered a DisneyWorld spirit jersey as a Christmas gift. Anticipating high demand, I ordered early, well before Thanksgiving. The item arrived and was not what I had ordered, instead it was the Disneyland version. I reached out to customer service who responded 2 days later to say they were sending the correct item. A week later and I hadn’t received the correct item so I contacted them again. At which point in time I’m informed that they will ship my replacement item once they receive the incorrect item (different than the previous correspondence). When I confirmed they would still be able to send me my item, they then informed me that the item was out of stock and the best they could do was a refund. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced from online shopping. It was their error by sending me the incorrect item and their inability to correct it by sending me the correct item is inexcusable. I will never shop from them again.
Got a scuffed up necklace
Got a scuffed up necklace. Disney customer service agreed to an exchange. They ended up refunding it instead. Before I realized the mistake, they sold out of the necklace. Super disappointed not only by the experience, but also by the response. I asked a couple of questions and it was clear the customer service representative didn't read them and instead copy and pasted from an FAQ because she didn't answer my question at all.
International shoppers beware!
Very disappointed in the customer service available from Shopdisney.com - International shoppers beware! If you are not US they do NOT pay full postage and will do their very best to argue that it is duty/import/customs/local VAT charges that mean you're stuck paying an extortionate charge to receive your delivery when it's very clearly marked POSTAGE NOT PAID. Disgusting.
