Very very bad company
Very very bad company. I ordered a large skirt according to their chart. I am normally a medium size 10. The skirt is 2 sizes too small!! I wrote the company and they will not pay for return postage. It is their error. The skirt did not have a size on it. They said they have designer sizing…then why do they misrepresent their chart sizing. I have gone to the BBB. Also bad reviews are not shown . It’s difficult to get someone on their phone, hours and hours. I want my $8.00 postage due to their fault. They take no responsibility. Are the clothes from China????? China sizing not American sizing. All in all top bad shopping experience.
No Refund/They LIED
I ordered a dress from them and ordered because they state they offer refunds. Well, the dress was too small when I sent the dress back they refused the return/refund stating I had worn the dress and they smelled perfume.
Funny because the dress didn't fit so I couldn't have worn it at all but I did try it on. There wasn't any perfume because I tried it on after a shower.
They just lied and sent the dress back. Don't do business with them. There customer service is horrible.

They dont take returns
They dont take returns. They say they do but make up lies stating that the receiving team smelled perfume on your clothes when its returned. Lie...Lie...Lie. wont give you your money back. Be prepared to fight for your cash spent on cheaply made over priced clothes!!!!

This company sucks and should be sued. I am going to contact a lawyer and see what can be done. Their return policy says that return is within 10 days and then when you return the item they say you need to email them first which I did and then they say you need to be given some number for return. They sent me something I didn’t even order and won’t return it even though my order cost 28 dollars to return and it was received in the timeframe they asked. I put in a dispute with shop pay and I’m going to stop payment by my bank even if I have to claim it as a fraud because that’s what this is! They are stealing peoples money and all these reviews prove it! Please read these reviews before purchasing from this company. I gave some attorney friends and we should all file a suit against this company so they don’t do this to anyone else. I have two jobs and work hard for my money only to be frauded by this company!!!!!

I ordered a dress it was too small. I returned it within the time frame they require. However the store took 4 days to get me an RMA number. I was still able to return it within the time frame. I get an email yesterday stating that it had the scent of perfume. And that they were not going to refund me. I never wore the dress and it was too small I don't know what XL could that have ever been. So now I'm down a $130 because they refuse to refund me my money. The dress was in the same condition it was sent to me tags and all. Including the bag it came in. I would never shop from this site again. It was my first time ever shopping here. They are thieves!!!
Awful costumer service
Awful costumer service! I purchased a dress on Dec 18th, received it 15 days later and it was too small. Returned Dec 21st and still waiting for my refund! I’ve been emailing with costumer service and the acknowledged to have received my dress back is just they haven’t processed my return still.. seriously? How much time does it take? Definitely not a place to trust!

Takes FOREVER to Get, Doesn’t Allow Fair Returns
SHOPKULTIVATE took 1.5 months to get me the item I ordered. Once it did arrive, unfortunately, it was too small. We left for holiday travel the morning after I got it, and I informed the business immediately (within hours of receipt of the item) that we would be traveling and that I needed an extension of just a few days for their strict return policy to get it mailed back in time as I would still be out of town. Sadly, we caught COVID while with our family for Christmas and I notified the shop immediately that we would need just a one-week extension to mail the item back. After waiting one entire week for a response/mailing label from them, they said they would not make an exception, placing money above public health and safety. We are in a crisis and pandemic and this company refuses to offer me a credit or refund for an item I simply could not return on their ridiculously tight timeline (even moreso ridiculous seeing as it took months to mail me the item in the first place) due to holiday travel and severe illness with COVID. So disappointed by this company’s handling of the situation.
Worst online store. Don't buy here
Purchased a cream suit. It arrived when I was sick with COVID and couldn't leave my house to the post office to pick up my mail. When I did pick it up, the suit was baby yellow not cream, and was super cheap fabric and quality. I asked to return it and they would not take it back since 7 days past. They will not accept anything past 7 days. I provided them my positive COVID test and still they did not care. Do not shop here. Cheap cloths that don't match the description of what you are seeing on their site.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm so mad that I found so many reviews with the same experience or worst. I order from this site because the items were really cute. Nothing fit they were all too small. They run extremely small. I wear a size M no matter where I shop and have been wearing this size since I was in middle school I'm a grown woman now so of course, I know my size. They are to tell me there's a size chart; that still doesn't explain the small sizes. Things were shipped at different times they told me it's because they come from different places which make zero sense but hey. I was also told they don't do exchanges but that I can return everything and receive my money back and reorder. Mind you I was only going to reorder two things because some of the stuff was cheap quality. They give me a return date by but I haven't received all the items yet and I kept emailing and wasn't getting a response.
I finally do get in touch with someone on Instagram because they didn't offer a return label. They told me yes return is free but I need to speak to whoever through the email because they handle returns. Reached out again and Zyra who I have been emailing was like no you pay for returns. So I spent over 100 on return fees after spreading over 800 on cheap quality items.
Oh and here's this she never gave me an extended date for returns I had to keep saying all of my items are not here yet then she finally says ship everything once everything arrives.
I ship everything on Oct 28th email them the same day just to make sure. I asked how the long will it be for my money to settle into my account. Receive an email stating they didn't receive anything a week later. I hit her with the tracking information saying it was delivered. Then Zyra goes can you send the receipt with the tracking number sent that didn't hear back.
A week later I emailed again saying it's been a week since I heard from you what's going on. Oh, we are checking on your order. Makes zero sense if I sent everything in one box why would you need to check on it if it's all there and you receive the items two days after I shipped. She also asked me with pictures did I send everything back. And I said yes I do not have any items.
Didn't hear from them again asking for an update. Oh, we are checking on if items were sent to different warehouses. Makes zero sense but I wait other week goes by nothing. I email them telling them I think this is fraud because it doesn't take this long to refund my money and I'm not repurchasing things. Didn't hear from them until a week later talking about they are still checking in stuff.
Now it's almost December at this point and my credit card is collecting interest. I dispute the charges with my card on Nov 27. On Dec. 8 they decided to refund me my money but did not tell me nor did it show up in the cards app. I get an email on Dec 18 talking about I owe them 178 some dollars for restocking fees and a missed payment. Mind you I paid for everything on time even when I still didn't have any of the items. Money was being taken out of my account for items I no longer had. Each week.
How do I owe money when you guys never refunded me all of my money? Make that make sense. They are trying to get me to pay the last payment of 165 and change when they never refunded me that 165 and it's still being disputed with my bank account so now I can no longer use affirm because they aren't trying to help either.
I have all the receipts too. I kept everything. Through a separate purchase with the same card, I order these cute leather jackets and was able to dispute them as well and receive my full refund. Don't use things like affirm and payment installments because you will not get any help.
Affirm told me to contact them again but they haven't responded to any of my emails since November. I did email them again and no response.
There are a little bit more details to this story but I have proof that they suck.
This is a horrible company
This is a horrible company, do not order from them ever! Zyra likes to not return emails until after the 7 day return policy and change her policy to fit her needs. LIAR! Also, merchandise is not as expected and sizes run VERY small.

I wish I had read this website before ordering from this company. My first shipment was never received and they basically said, oh well that’s on you, here’s your tracking number you figure it out.
Second, I order a sports bra that was cheaply made, like the cheapest straps. I wrote to return and they reply that no returns on sports bras.
I don’t even care about the money. It was inexpensive and this is a reminder to not buy cheap clothes - you’ll get inferior customer service as well. Oh well, lesson learned. Moving on. My advice is to avoid this company and this inconvenience.

I received my items, but I have found their returns policy to be essentially fraudulent. In no way was it advertised that certain items would not be eligible for return, until I attempted to return them.

This website is fraudulent. First, the sizing is off. They have a significant number of returns because the sizing chart was inaccurate. They put demands that are difficult to meet regarding returns, however we jump through the hoops to return and pay the shipping. Now I can’t even get confirmation the package was received and my credit is issued. I returned the goods in good faith, please communicate. I spent $450 on clothes that don’t fit, $30 to return and I have nothing.

I placed an order on 10/23/21 - After inquiring about it, I received excuses and apologies. It's a shame because they do have cute items. I always place a small order before placing big orders through websites that are not well known. I wish I had read the reviews now.
Please be wary or email them before you place your order to ask if the items are available. I have requested a full refund and am awaiting a response.
Update 12/6/21: I have received 1 of the products, and was refunded for the other.
Never Again…
I will never buy anything from this company again.
1. Ordered an item and needed to return due to it being too small. It took FOREVER for me to get in contact with someone from customer service.
2. Had to pay my own return shipping cost.
3. No full refund provided due to the fact I had to pay a restocking fee. (item was return with no issues, parfum smells or anything of the sort)
4. Re-ordered the same item in a larger size on November 9 and to date November 22, I still have not received my merchandise.
The customer service sucks, it’s hard to contact with someone. I will never order from this company again.
