LOVING all my pieces from this boutique! Everything is such great quality and I get so many compliments every time I wear my Kultivate fashions. I've been sending all my friends their way! I did have a small hiccup on my initial order but they quickly sent a reshipment and went out of their way to make things right. I have since then places at least 6 additional orders and everything has gone smoothly with great customer service. Shop Kultivate is in my top 3 fave online boutiques. Def recommend!

I love this shop so much! I’ve had clothing from here that has almost no wear and tear after wearing their clothes almost every day!! The online layout of the store is very easy to navigate as well, and they just have so many options! Definitely will continue to shop here!!

I’ve had literally the best experiences with this company! They are small and growing but dang give a small brand a break they aren’t Amazon. The clothes are a breath of fresh air and very nice quality! Yes it’s on the more small side but you always behave to find your sizing with a new company.

First of all, I bought two sets of cloths which took more than a month to get to me. I reached out to them on Ig, the one who controls social media was very helpful. She connected me to the people in-charge for shipping and I was told it was delayed so it took approximately 42 days to get to me. Then when I finally received my items, the white suit set was of very bad quality definitely north the price. I returned the white suit, they never responded nor gave me my money back. They have the suit, I have the fed ex tracking number that said it was received by them. Keep your money and don’t deal with these kind of companies whose customer service is next to nothing. Such a loss! Very very disappointed! Won’t be buying again for sure!

Terrible website. Stay away. They ripping off people. Order was made by mistake because website didn't work well. I call them. They sad that they can't cancel it, but when I will get it and don't like it I will return and they refund me. When I receive it after a month. Sent it back. They couldn't track my order even though I give him tracking number. Waiting a month to get my money back. Finally I get it but they deducted 10% restocking fee, which they don't have before. My advice don't you ever deal with Them.

I ordered a shirt that took about a month and a half to arrive to NY, kept emailing them and they would say in transit. I received the shirt and it looked NOTHING like it did on the advertisement. Trying to return it now and they said I am out of the 7 day return range even though I just received the shirt. I have been emailing them continuously without response to return. Would never purchase anything from them again.

I purchased several items, which arrived in two separate parcels/weeks. I happened to be out of town when the 2nd parcel arrived; It was a size Large (I'm a size 8), and wouldn't even pull up over my knees. So I asked to return it, and then was told about their very narrow return window of 7 days. I begged for an exception; they literally just stopped replying. I kept 99% of my order, and they could not be flexible even a little bit, to a brand new customer. Instead of spurring me to spend more money in the future, they have ensured I will never shop there again.

I agree with the reviews that call this a scam. I also waited 2 months for my order, however I was told it was shipped immediately but they could never provide legitimate tracking information. I finally opened a case with paypal after 5 weeks and ONLY THEN did they ship the item. When I finally received my order, half of it was missing. The item I did receive was CHEAP, WRINKLED, AND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. The packaging consisted of a tiny plastic ziploc bag that they squeezed a romper into. HORRIBLE. Now I have to fight to get the other item refunded. At least if the merchandise was good quality I could tolerate the shipping incompetence, but this was definitely NOT WORTH IT!!

definitely a scam, I ordered 2months ago and never got my items. so angry i tried contacting someone it's so impossible cant believe i fell for it.

I am fairly happy with SK! They have beautiful clothes and are very friendly when I reached out about a sizing question. The quality was pretty darn gorgeous. I would say one star off just bc the shipping isn’t super fast but then again it’s a small business not Amazon so.

HORRIBLY incompetent customer service. The order took forever to arrive. I bought 2 shirts in size (S) from them, and 1 of them was so small it could fit a child. I exchanged it for a M and when it arrived it was still tiny and not at all fit the measurements listed on the website. I tried to exchange it again and asked for help getting the right size and that's when the problems began. I have a 22 message email thread, have tried to call customer service 5 times, and even reached out to them via DM on Instagram. The only person who tried to help was their social media manager. Every person who has responded to my email has told me that my item shows delivered. The responses have nothing to do with what I've asked and most of the time they don't even bother to answer. They also have a different person respond to your email every time, which is probably why they can't keep track of what's being said. I finally spoke to their customer service agent on the phone who told me she doesn't handle orders and that I would need to get help via email. She was extremely rude and kept making snarky comments as if the whole situation is my fault and telling me this order is from 'soooo long ago'. I agreed and told her that 'yes, it has been so long- 3 months actually- so imagine my frustration' and she cut me off and made another comment insinuating it's my fault. She even hung up on me claiming I was yelling at her which I was not. I'm hoping the calls are recorded so that they can review their so called customer service phone agent. I'm in the process of trying to get ahold of a manger to report her, but nobody has put me in contact with one. I finally heard back from someone today via email and they told me I'm "extremely past the return timeframe" which is laughable since I've been trying to get help since January 1st and somehow it's my fault it's been so long. I have the full email thread to prove it and have sent it to them via email and have also sent it to their social media manager. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a necklace and the Lolita two piece set, and love both! They arrived quicker than expected, and the quality exceeded my expectations for the price point. Will definitely order from here again!
