Thanks for the rude response to me simply asking them to switch out a skirt I bought that had a faulty zipper (I bought 2 of these skirts, one was good and the other was faulty). Essentially what this means is half of what you order will have issues and they expect you to pay to ship it back to them. It's your fault you sent me a broken product. Send me a replacement with a prepaid bag so I can send the faulty skirt back to you. Basic customer service!!!!

It took me chasing them for 2 weeks to get a response. Guarantee if I ship the faulty skirt back.. I'll never hear from them again. 🤷‍♀️

I spent $685 on an order with Shop Kultivate. Though some of the items were beautiful and fit well, others had a significantly smaller pattern and did not fit at all. So I needed to return part of my order (approximately half). I contacted the company within seven days as per their return policy and the customer service agent and I went back and forth several times before she (Zyra) indicated that it was too late to send in the returns...I have emails date-stamped within the seven days. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would NOT recommend buying anything here.

I had problems with their logistic team. They sent the items with insufficient address and then they send it to the wrong address. Now I have no clothes and they have not refunded my money back. They sent me an email saying it has been delivered yes to the wrong address. Please don’t buy here save yourself
Money and a headache

This place is something else. I inadvertently ordered two of the exact same shirt. Totally my fault. I went to ask how to return it and was told I was outside the return window. Which is only 7 days, mind you. Usually it’s 30+ for reputable companies. I asked for store credit and they refused. Clearly they saw I ordered two, so it is unclear why returning ONE, $70 shirt would be an issue. Plus the skirts I ordered for $80 each were poor quality, not cute. So another waste. But that’s the risk you take ordering online. I would never have even written a review had they not refused a return of a duplicate shirt.

I have never had such a sketchy experience. They delete comments from their posts and block you from commenting if you say anything negative (most of their posts have zero comments what does that say??), they won't disclose what material their products are made of ( and when I asked because I received two very cheap feeling 80 dollar bodysuits they deleted). They refuse returns of body suits even though they are nothing like the pictures and were the worst quality and I contacted them within minutes of receiving. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order who knows if I'll ever receive it.

The worst company to return anything.

Horrible product, quality poor! Doesn’t match photos. Runs super small. The reviews they allow on their website are censored so buyer beware! They don’t give you a full refund and you are stuck with the return shipping cost too. Do not bother even spending your money here.

They’re sizing and quality is terrible. Customer service was prompt but even after paying for my return shipping they didn’t accredit everything like they were supposed to. They even forgot an item I ordered. Shipping took a long time. I was hoping to wear an item for a birthday pool party that I ordered 6 weeks ahead. It took over 2 months to settle everything. FOR THIS QUALITY ORDER DIRECT FROM ALIEXPRESS AND SAVE YOURSELF 90%. Don’t order from Kultivate! It’s just overpriced cheap China items!

Awful customer service!!
Ordered a medium in a three piece outfit, two of the three pieces arrive a medium, but the skirt was marked small. Immediately notified customer service then a month later receive an email stating they can’t process my return or send me the correct size I ordered.
Such a scam and run around!!

Clothing ordered in size M were missized, subaverage quality and took three weeks to arrive presumably “Priority Mail.” Charged a restock fee even though size was wrongly labeled. Had to pay for return postage (my Priority Mail took 2 days to get back to them. Misrepresentations for size and quality of products. No customer satisfaction for their errors and delay

Please read beforehand. This website does not offer refund/exchange . Very low quality materials and wrong shoe size. Don’t waste your money😕

KULTIVATE IS FRAUD!
I order a pair of SHOES and they turned out to be super cheap material and over priced and if the shoe get wet they certainly won't last. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR A PAIR OF SHOES AND I CAN'T WEAR THEM DUE to quality and these people won't accept them back.

I’d give this a zero star if I could. Spent $150 on a pair of heels, they sent me the wrong size and they were broken. I contacted support many times. Sometimes got a reply but no solution. Now I’m just getting ghosted. The quality of the shoes was comparable to wish.com not worth $150. Waste of money for a broken item that’s too small. Do not purchase from this site. SCAMMERS

Given a choice I wouldn’t give even one star to this fraud website. First I received only half of the order and the the dress was unbelievably small and zero quality for a 100$ of amount so I had to return along with other items which weren’t worth either. Other half of the order was a game of chasing that eventually ended but very average stuff for what they charge. Anyhow for return they weren’t ready to provide a label and I had to fight hard for it. Once the return began they returned a tiny amount from what all I spent so they have the stuff back and now not even giving money back!!
Don’t ever buy from here guys and tell your friends too! It’s a big FRAUD.

I hadn't ordered from the company and thought it might be a FB scam so i read the return policy. Says they take returns. I ordered a belt. it arrived yesterday and is very poor quality so i followed their return instructions and this was the response:

As much as we would love to assist you with this, there are certain items that cannot be returned due to the personal nature and that includes the belt. This is stated in our return policy which you can find here.

I requested the return the day after receipt, its unworn with the tags on it but a belt "is too personal in nature to return." I don't know what they do with belts but i tried it on over a Tshirt and they wont take it back. The exclusions to the return policy list everything they sell so essentially-no returns.
