Nice people but the order took 2 weeks…
Nice people but the order took 2 weeks to be delivered and only half of it actually was, so I cancelled the remainder. So I may well like the guys but as a business and service quality I’m afraid not.

But it’s okey no one is perfect..sometimes things happen…. Products are very much good quality and the box packaging I like it . Business WhatsApp number is great too they reply back ahead when I contacted them very accommodating….. 😊

Great service & quality
Great service and speedy delivery - ordered Monday morning arrived Tuesday morning. We are outside of Rome and not the easiest place to find.
Everything was in perfect condition. Will be placing another order later this week-

Average experience
Italian Bistecca Beef was too tough despite cooking it medium/rare. Caviar was so fishy and salty which did not enjoy. The lamb suckling though was the star of the order as it was superb.

Overall not bad except the delivery guy has some attitudes and he missed one of the boxes, after I asked about the missing item then he went back to pick up from truck and brought it back.
