I placed an order late October for handles and chased and chased and was told by a 'Louven' that the product was still being made.
I cancelled order in December as the 6 weeks turnaround for delivery wasn't delivered and was told my refund would be processed in 30 days.
This didn't happen and the amount of chasers I've done to get my money back has been tiring! AI responses and now a 'Cherry' has emailed saying for me to go through chargeback through bank but the period has exceeded this so bank cant help and now looking to take this through small claims. I've asked them for a barrage of information pertaining to their policies but its been ignored. Looks like I'm claiming to get my money back.

No products delivered, no refund received
I placed a simple order in September. It still had not arrived by December despite repeated attempts to contact the company. I cancelled the order and despite them acknowledging the cancellation and promising to refund me I have never received any refund. They have ignored my multiple attempts to communicate with them over this.

No delivery received
Received an order delivery in July 2025 so placed a second order on 3 Dec 2025. I have received no delivery to date and only receive automated responses to my refund request. I would strongly advice against using this company.

Very disappointing experience with meraki.
We placed an order worth £595 over a month ago and have still not received either the goods or the refund they claim to be issuing. Communication has been extremely poor, and updates only came after long periods of silence.
At the beginning we were informed that there was an internal issue with their billing platform and that the order could not be completed. Instead of resolving it properly, they said they would refund the money and asked us to place the order again. After waiting this long, that is simply not acceptable.
At this stage we are still waiting and cannot confirm whether we will actually receive the refund. The whole situation feels very unreliable and unprofessional, and it raises serious concerns about whether this company can be trusted.
Based on our experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from meraki

Credit disappeared from my account, emailed them numerous times, received automatic replies stating time frame of reply… NO REPLY.
No presence on X or LinkedIn (either the business or owner on Companies House). Company should be struck off.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Shut the Meraki website down!
This is not a legitimate business. I'm surprised the website is still active. Consumers have been reporting fraud on this company for many months. I ordered hundred of pounds worth of handles. Never arrived after months of trying to get help with the order. There is no customer service (just an AI generated response); no phone number. I reported the company on the Report Fraud site and to the Met. My bank initiated a fraud claim and I was refunded by my bank. If you experience fraud with Meraki, please report it to the Met as it only becomes actionable if they get multiple complaints.
No delivery and no money back
No delivery and no money back. They say their order system is renewed and that's why they can't find my order. I sent the reciept and the order. Still i don't get my money back. It looks like fraud/scam
If only zero stars were possible
If only zero stars were possible. I’m quite sure now this company is a scam. I have ordered previously but needed additional handles. The first order (about two years ago) arrived fine but ordered more handles around six months ago and those additional handles still haven’t been delivered. They keep saying they will arrive but they’re having problems but no joy. So depressing and I’m stuck with it as can’t find same handles anywhere at all. My advice to others? Avoid at all costs!
Extremely Poor Service & No Refund Communication
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this company.
I was due a refund in November and, despite chasing multiple times — including again in February — I have received no proper communication from their team. My emails and follow-ups have either been ignored or not addressed adequately.
From the beginning, the experience has been unprofessional. After placing my order, the company failed to fulfil it within the stated timelines, which was already frustrating. However, what is even more disappointing is the complete lack of transparency and communication regarding my refund.
It is unacceptable to go quiet when a customer is simply asking for money that is owed to them. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering. I will be sharing my experience on other review platforms as well.

Joining all the below comments! Placed order 5 weeks ago. Received e-mail notifying about the migration of payment system and refund, which was never received as the products themselves. I’ve sent multiple e-mails but no one is responding. AVOID purchasing anything if you don’t what to lose money!

Like most reviewers here, I have been waiting for hardware for a billion years and have received no response regarding the status of the order or any replies to my inquiries. The language on the site states to wait 24-48 hours for someone to respond, and resist resending an inquiry as it slows down response rates. what a joke. there is no response rate. there is no product.
No product, no refund
Product ordered. Email to say they had a system change over and my order needed to be resubmitted. Money already taken, so waited for refund, which they said was on its way, before reordering. Refund still not arrived 3 weeks later. And all emails and chats ignored.
Terrible company!!!! Do not use. Must be a scam.
Fraudulent company
As with so many others here, I saw these reviews only after ordering and my order never showing up. My order has been "in the factory" for 2 months now and has blown past its 2-4 week lead time. Customer support are non-existent and do not reply.
Having read through many of the reviews I suspect that this company is just a dropshipping outfit using manufacturers in China, potentially just being run by one guy with no actual staff. Some products are being made and eventually turn up while it seems others never do and nothing is actually being managed. I suspect most orders are just being thrown into the void and never even being picked up by manufacturers let alone being made or shipped.
Today I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to recover the funds. The first time I've ever had to do this in my life. It seems they dispute chargebacks as a default action just to drag things out and hold onto money longer even though they cannot actually deliver any products.

Would give zero stars if I could. I wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before I ordered some beautiful door numbers. I can't tell what they are like as they have not arrived. I'm just glad they weren't the expensive ones.
Scam
Scam! I had to dispute the transaction after they failed to deliver it. They strung out the interaction for months promising but not delivering what was just a few door handles.
They eventually admitted they couldn’t fulfil the order and said their payment system had changed so they couldn’t initiate a refund. Instead they suggested I do a chargeback on my card.
However, the window for a card chargeback had lapsed making it incredibly difficult to get the money back. I disputed the transaction with my bank. It took me months and eventually I was refunded.
But, and here’s the ridiculous thing, Meraki disputed it again. I was issued with a second payment! I now have to wait even more again. I am fuming with these con artists.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service and now no replies at all. Like others, I would advise against using this company. I've been waiting on a replacement tap since July. They had agreed to replace, after months of them avoiding the issue then sending us videos of Chinese people in the factory trying to demonstrate the solution to the problem (it wasn't the problem, and it wasn't fixed). I've heard nothing in reply to my emails since November. Absolutely shocking service. Never use them.
