Shoponix

A SCAM. Reviews were Initially 99.9% positive. The seller replied almost instantly before I purchased and then once I’d purchased they stopped replying. Reviews are now filled with people being scammed by them.

If I could I’d award zero stars, total scam. Do not go near them! Not contact at all after waiting 8 days, no messages. Complete rip off merchants!

Don't purchase anything from this fake website. I ordered a Tablet but after two weeks I never have received it. It is scam. I claimed in PayPal and now I'm waiting for them.

The service is very bad. They don't answer by mail or telephone. 2 weeks passed and I havent received my item. So no money no item. Never use this shop

Ordered an Apple Watch never arrived. Absolutely disgraceful. Can’t email as bounces straight back. Facebook and Instagram pages are not active and phone number just rings out then cuts you off. Furious!!! Please DO NOT order from Shoponix. SCAM

Ordered a new hoover which never arrived, done some research to find out the website is a scam even though it appears on google market place!

If i could have given 0 stars i would have.same as every other review. Order co firmed. I got a royal mail tracking which just says they are waiting for the item.inbox full so won't respond to email. Paypal dispute opened. Shocking really that a company can still operate even though they are not selling items

On the 3rd of August 2020 we ordered a Nintendo switch lite with express delivery that never arrived. Same story as many on this page, Royal mail tracking code that has never changed status since the 4th of August.
Case now open with paypal for refund;

The website provides a fake post sale email and no available customer support line.
Total scam! Please do not buy from this site!

Scam site. Nothing less, don't bother.

I wish i had seen these reviews before ordering, same boat as everyone else, ordered products and received the fake tracking which tricks royal mail / customer into thinking they have dispatched something. They even have the cheek to promote paying by bank transfer to receive 5% cash back. This is so its harder for you to claim your money back!

Alarming that they are allowed to appear so high on google still and that the website is still live.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. If you paid by PayPal open a claim immediately. If not contact your bank and try to charge back the payment.

Ordered Nintendo Switch for our son, same as all other reviews received confirmation and a Royal Mail despatch email but inbox is full and no replies to contact. How does this happen in this day and age and why have trading standards not shut them down and help innocent people from potentially losing their hard earned money. Hopefully PayPal will give us our money back. Stay away!

How I wished i could find here before ordering.!! Bought a £399 TV set, obviously never arrived. Emails full and bounced back, calls not answered. I managed to find a phone number and address, and would report to the police.

Tel 01618182537
Address : UNIT 12, ETON BUSINESS PARK, ETON HILL ROAD, MANCHESTER, M26 2ZS

Anybody lives near in Manchester and report it to the police there?

Same as every other review—they’re not fulfilling orders and seem to have disappeared.

Bought a Switch Lite 31/7/20 online. Received email confirmation but the games console never arrived. Shoponix DO NOT reply to email or 'contact form'on website. They don't list a telephone number and the number in the UK phone book is NEVER answered. I think this is a SCAM. Do not buy from this company.

Never buy anything from this site, It's a CON. Shoponix is fake, you'll never get what you have ordered from the fake company. Hopefully I can get my money back from PayPal. Again NEVER buy anything from the site.

bought a Huawei P40 Pro mob phone £600. on 4th Aug, now 5 days past delivery date , they dont respond in any way , matter now with Ebay. Seeing all the other complaints ( must be hundreds) down to Ebay now

Yes, like everyone else reviewing here, I too have been scammed by Shoponix. I ordered a drone for £270, no sign of it being shipped, no way of getting in contact with a full mailbox. I paid via PayPal so there is a glimmer of hope I may see my money again. I have also registered my case on the action fraud website mentioned in some other posts. Shoponix robbers... let's hope we all manage to get our money back.

Like others here I was scammed too, it looked so convincing and professional to buy my daughters new Nintendo switch. Then when I realised, emails bounced, ‘caller busy’ etc. Now hoping for a refund via PayPal.

ITS A SCAM SITE, AVOID,
Thank goodness for PayPal buyer protection

Scammed 🙄 I've waited for weeks and nothing! Opened a dispute with PayPal.
