Scammers !! Same issue, bought item, which went through pay pal. Received a royal mail tracking number from shoponix via email, which has read ( item dispatched to us via sender ) ever since.

All email correspondence bouncing back , cant be delivered . Contact number for company rings for 20 seconds and cuts off, needless to say ive tried more than once.

Money paid and no goods sent or received. Do not use this company. Waiting for refund from Paypal. Email received saying phone sent with an invalid tracking reference. Where do I begin? I ordered a nintendo switch lite 2 August 2020. Apparently it was posted by the seller who "provided the tracking number". It was meant to arrive within 24 hours. My son had no birthday present to unwrap. Each day I was asked by him if his present has arrived? He was very very upset, when I keep telling him no.

I don't even want to give them 1 star, that is being FAR TOO generous.

I had to take a pay day loan out, in order to purchase a nintendo switch. This is costing me more with the interest. I still wait for my money back from ebay, even though the seller is at fault, and I needed the full refund to get the boy his birthday present.

Terrible. Absolutely disgusting.

DONT ORDER NOTHING FROM THESE GUYS!! I had ordered switch which royal mail never recieved, I have opened a claim with PayPal , all there social media site links are broken, emails bounce back when you try and contact! And I've found the two guys who started up the company and they are both in early 20s found them on Facebook they keep starting new companies and scamming people out of pocket! I've let PayPal team know so they can put restrictions on their acoount!

I ordered a Nintendo switch on the 31st of July, for my wee boys birthday. I'm still waiting. As with others, I had a tracking number for Royal mail that only said Royal mail were waiting on the item from seller. I've tried emailing with no response and calling as well-it just rings out. My wee boys birthday is in 2 days and I'm absolutely gutted. Its money I don't have, I can't go and buy a new one. I have to wait for a refund but by that time his birthday will have been and gone. Its disgusting that people can do this to folk. And especially at this given time. Awful, awful, awful.

We ordered 2 lite consoles we spoke to this scammer before hand he said he would send them rightaway tracking number is fake paypal should step in to restrict him selling waiting for my money back.

Ordered a dyson supersonic hairdryer almost 2 weeks ago now. Accidentally ordered the wrong colour so emailed them straight away to change it. They responded saying it wasn’t a problem and they will update the order. Since then I’ve emailed numerous times as the parcel hasn’t even been dispatched, no response. These people are con artists. It’s very deceiving as they look legitimate and offer payments through klarna and PayPal. Since ordering they have deleted their social media accounts, and the number they provide doesn’t work. Do not order from them! I have opened a case with PayPal. Extremely disappointed.

If you paid via PayPal and opted to pay after delivery, get your bank to block payment. I have.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch (order no. NIX3351, paying extra for "express delivery… had email next day with Royal mail tracking link - week and a half later the Royal Mail tracking still states "waiting for package from sender". Cannot phone Shoponix (no contact number given) and messages sent via their website have been ignored, even though I addressed several directly to the Directors.

Luckily I paid via PayPal so have raised claim for repayment under the distance selling regulations (although that takes about a month).

Will definitely avoid in future… better to pay a little extra and be certain you are going to actually get what you pay for.

This company are 100% scammers. I paid £139.99 for a tablet that never arrived. Like others it said Royal Mail awaited it. Emails return undeliverable and phone rings out and cuts off. It's a criminal offence, I dont know how they are getting away with it.

I bought a Nintendo switch and paid with PayPal,my tracking number shows that item has t been dispatched or moved since 3 August. Emails are undeliverable, phone either rings out or is hung up as soon as it is answered. I have contacted PayPal for refund, please avoid buying from this company as it is a scam or a fraudulent front for getting money. Be warned please

Ordered a switch 3 weeks ago got email to confirm with tracking number.. tried contacting the company but emails keep bouncing back contacted PayPal hopefully get my money back avoid this company

I have also been scammed.
I purchased a tablet on 1st august received order confirmation and royal mail tracking number.
I contacted them to receive an email saying the email box is full.
Links on website to facebook and twitter do not work.
I have reported them to fraud action and citizens advice. I suggest as many people do the same.
These individuals need to be arrested and more importantly the website took down before anyone else is scammed. How can they sleep at night.

Don't waste your money. Website looks legit, emails after purchase all seem fine, even received a genuine Royal Mail tracking number! Never received the goods ordered and now waiting for a refund through PayPal. Wish I had looked on Trust Pilot before purchase.

Bought a Nintendo Switch for my daughter's birthday - tracking number given but item not left yet, ordered this 2wks ago, got an automated response to my first msg but nothing since and I've been msging them every day - then see all these reviews about them - total scammers! Luckily I paid through PayPal but have to wait to get money back - presumably like everyone else - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

SCAM , ordered 2 xbox controllers 3rd Aug says 24 hour royal mail tracked.. tracking number says when Royal mail recieve information they will let me know, good job I payed through paypal pay after delivery option.. due to take money on 15th.. so now opened a dispute.. seen as I've emailed the email provided and its returned the email saying unavailable email address.

Dont fall for it.... SCAM shouldnt even have 1 * be 0 if I could

Same here, I ordered a 55inch TV on the 1st and paid for delivery to recieve it in 2 to 4 day. Its 2 weeks now and no delivery. Received tracking No which still states the same . I spoke to Royal Mail and they said if the tracking Number was there's then I would of received my package in 7 working days. These people are nothing but SCUM. dirty thieving company. It's now in the hands of PayPal. Sorry to all that got ripped off as I did. Waiting for reply and my refund.
