I actually think this company went under towards the end of July, since I found them back in early July, via their eBay page, but ordered from their website directly.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A71 from them, got tracking and it arrived quickly.

Worrying to see so many people have gotten duped due to them not informing people that they no longer exist but kept their website up and running. The tracking may be an automated system which essentially hasn't worked anymore due to them not functioning. Their eBay page has gone too.

Going to see if I can get some funds back since they don't exist as a company anymore and I shouldn't have to be paying for a product to a company that no longer is functioning or taking payment, I paid via Klarna.

I hope everyone gets their money back from this untrustworthy lot!

This company should have no stars do not buy from them this is fraud! You pay them for items that do not arrive (a birthday present may I add) I am claiming the money back through my bank and also reporting the company for fraud!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM DISGUSTING!!!!!!

I put in a dispute with paypal on the 05/08 and paypal have pushed this back from the 25th to now the 30th.

I got a feeling these scummy c*nts are gonna get away with my money.

Not even worth one star, they are terrible. Ordered £500 worth of tv from them and received a Royal Mail tracking number straight away saying that Royal Mail has been notified of the order. However that never progressed and we started to look more into the company. Emailed them and got an email bounce back saying the mailbox was full, phone number just rang. Terrible scam. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so straight away raised a PayPal dispute and have since had a full refund. DO NOT USE THEM

Absolutely disgraceful how they are still live! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! Ordered a Dyson air hair dryer £209 - money taken from my account via their PayPal account, and product not received. Their email inbox is 'full' so we get an automatic reply. Number is not answered.
Total scumbags to be doing this to so many people when the website looks so legit - with the paddock lock in the URL.

Hello all - already written a review venting my anger at this total scam! Posting again to say raise a Paypal dispute, I have been refunded my payment. Pretty sure PayPal have to vet all sites they allow to use there service, so if they allow a scam to use Paypal, they are liable.

Hope everyone gets money back!

Please don’t be fooled by the prices being slightly cheaper. I haven’t received my item unable to resolve and waiting for pay pal to action

In an attempt to try and support smaller retailers over the usual giants, I found shoponix when looking for a new phone. This is a fake store and you will lose your money - stear well clear!

I got an order receipt from them with a Royal Mail tracking number and thought no more about it for a few days.

I checked the tracking status a few days later and it was exactly the same "The seller has dispatched your item to us, we will let you know more when we receive it." or similar.

It never changed from one day to the next so I raised a claim with PayPal and, fortunately, they found in my favour 10 days later.

Pure scum. Same story as everyone else.

Guys raise a PayPal dispute! I got my money back within 3 weeks!!! So impressed. I really hope you guys paid via PayPal on a credit card so you had the most protection

I bought a "DYSON V7 ANIMAL PLUS VACUUM CLEANER" on 2nd Aug 2020 that should have arrived long ago. I contacted the company multiple times through their website, but they didn't answere any of my messages. I contacted Paypal to get my money back. I haven't heart from them at all in all this time after placing the order.

I ordered a samsung tv which was priced at £399.99, paid for with PayPal. I received a flash message from shoponix that my order confirmed and delivery would be 5 to 7 days I think my order was made on the 4th of August 2020. I never received my order or any message from shoponix since they got my money through PayPal. Although I have contacted PayPal about this and received an email from PayPal stating they've contacted shoponix and they should receive information from them by 22nd August 2020 which is today. I understand that PayPal can help me with my refund but it made me so angry that people of this calibre are allowed to trade in the uk. I feel so embarrassed telling friends how stupid I have been ordering my tv from shoponix. They should be reported to the trading standards agency with all the reviews I have seen about shoponix lately, they don't deserve a license to trade. I'm still waiting for my tv.

Ordered a tablet about a month ago. Received an email with a Royal Mail tracking number which still says that the item has been despatched by the seller. Tried to call the number on the website to get an update but it just kept ringing. I payed through PayPal and will hopefully be receiving a refund.

Ordered a tv, got tracking info but it always said 'royal mail are waiting to receive package from shoponix'. That never changed. Total scam. Luckily I paid through PayPal and my case has just been resolved in my favour so gettin a refund.
As if times arent bad enough with losers like this stealing your money. Shameful

I ordered a Dyson hairdryer on 3rd Aug for £209:99.Realised shortly after that it was a total scam even though I had a Royal Mail tracking number. Can’t believe I was taken in by this scam as I’m quite cautious when buying on line normally.Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. They have decided in my favour and I’ve had my money back 18 days later. I’m very relieved.
Please don’t buy anything from Shoponix.They are bad boys.
I will be reporting them to Action Fraud 0300 123 2040 and have alerted companies house where they’ve registered this fake business.

This is a scam company!! They are on Ebay as Shoplix_uk and have received over 600 customer complaints, each one advising they have been scammed by these scumbags. I ordered 2 Nintendo Switch lite consoles, fake tracking numbers, no answer to emails or calls. Luckily Ebay refunded my money.. Stay clear, you have been warned!!!
