this is a bit of information i dug up on them but this needs addressing right now the bad reviews are climbing each second and nothings being done about it
They need to answer for what they have done and send out a refund to everyone who's been scammed by these fake people

SCAM - 10/8/20 - Paid for Dyson, got Royal Mail tracking number, nothing received. I even checked with Companies house before purchasing and they are a registered company set up late 2019. Thought to myself, Manchester, can't be a scam!? Did not see these Trustpilot reviews on my research. Looking for phone number if anyone's got one.

Ordered a dyson hoover last Tuesday got a tracking number but nothing has come. Tracking says on the way to royal mail.

Same as everyone else ordered 3 Xbox one remotes got Royal Mail tracking but nothing arrived over a week now so opened a case with PayPal

I’m fing seething. Anyone got a phone number / name for these scammers? On the phone to my bank to get my money back now and opened a case with PayPal

Scam, scum and clearly a fake website. Hopefully, PayPal will resolve. Seriously pissed!

So not to buck the trend.... Exactly the same happened to me. Purchased my son a new x box controller, order confirmation, dispatch note, a royal mail tracking number that has had no activity in over a week and all attempts at communication failed. First time i have ever been duped by a company online, very professional scammers! Avoid at all costs!!!

Looks like I’ve gone through the same as everyone else. Ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite for my daughter. Received confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking number. Nothing has changed in six days with regards tracking my delivery via Royal Mail. Have emailed Shoponix, no response. Have phoned them, no answer, no automated response. Now being dealt with by PayPal resolution centre

Scam. I have opened a case with PayPal and action fraud. Would suggest anyone else duped by these individuals to do the same.
So stupid as I didn’t apply the ‘if it’s too good to be true rule’

Anyway may pay them a visit over the coming days. I have home address info for 1 of the directors.... if anyone else needs it

Same as the people below, Ordered a Nintendo Switch through eBay. Tracking number is false and no responce from my emails. Have put a claim in through the resolution centre.

Same as all below, purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite and got a tracking number but nothing arrived. Fuming is an understatement and I will be contacting paypal for help. Disgusting that people get away with this

Unfortuately the same as everyone else, order a TV over 10 days ago, was pending dispatch to Royal mail since Tuesday paid for Express Shipping as it was a gift for my kids during the holidays.

No reply to support ticket, email and can't contact via phone as no number available.

Ordered item last week, Got tracking number but the status of shipment hasnt changed since the 4th. Royal mail still waiting for the item to be dispatched to them.

Would give 0 stars if able to. Same as everyone else. Ordered Nintendo Switch Lite for sons upcoming birthday; received dispatch email and Royal Mail Tracking the following day. Tracking hasn't changed since the 4th August. I emailed the company only to receive a "mailbox is full" reply. No contact number.
ABSOLUTELY FUMING.
Also going through PayPal for a refund.

My son was so excited to buy his tablet. I should have done more research on the company. I thought it was strange we didn't receive an order confirmation - we only received the Paypal receipt. But then they sent a tracking number so we thought it was okay. But the tracking number does not work and now I look on the internet and see it a scam. Hopefully we'll get our money back as we paid by Paypal.

Scam company, ordered over a week ago, got Royal Mail tracking number but Royal Mail are still awaiting the item from them. Not replying to emails or calls. Luckily ordered via Paypal so claiming back. Do not use these clowns.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Similar to others I purchased a Nintendo switch and received confirmation it was with Royal Mail but never received item. No reply to emails and no answer when try to call company. They have stolen £170 from my sons birthday money.

Same Issue here.
Ordered two switch Lites paid extra £5 for express shipping.
Even rang and spoke to someone who guaranteed me the items were in stock in Manchester before I paid.
Fortunately paid with PayPal and will receive a refund.
No response to email as inbox full.
I’m going to Manchester this week to the address from companies house and going to break the fingers on both Directors.
I’ll let you know if if they squeal like little pigs.

Just come back to this review and looked at how many have been done over by this. On average 124 people spending £400
Over fifty eight grand.
I’m getting a full refund from PayPal so those who paid with PayPal or credit card.
I just hope no one took the 5% cash back offer if paid with bank transfer.
When I used the number it worked as I spoke to a bloke over the phone asking if they were U.K. stock. Had no reason to be suspicious from the phone conversation or the website.
Nintendo Store were selling switch lites for the same price a few weeks ago but recently sold out. So I wasn’t suspicious about the price either.
Everyone make sure you claim your money back because you will get it back if you used Klarna or PayPal and Contact Action Fraud
