These disgusting people have stolen £230 of my money, of which £80 was my son’s money that he had saved from his birthday.
Especially at a time like this when it’s hard enough, someone can get away with this, how are they allowed to carry on if so many people have already complained?

Ordered game for my son’s birthday on the 3rd birthday was on the 5th of August. They said parcel should arrive by Royal Mail, they sent us a tracking number that doesn’t seem to work. Email box is full so you cannot email them. No where to turn for help or to get your money back. Con artists. I’ve raised a dispute through PayPal which was how I made the payment to them. T

Would have put - rating if possible order 55 inch 4k smart tv got a email with a link to royal mail which said they were waiting to tale delivery of item still says the same a week later today the 8th of August got an email from the company saying they hoped I enjoyed taking delivery of my new TV I would i leave them review trees to contact them by email to be told there mailbox is full so tried phoning and just kept ringing anyone going to use this company stay well clear clearly a scam

SCAMMMMM ordered more than one tv including 58" and nothing arrives nor can you get in touch with the company

Ordered a Samsung TV on August 1st and paid express delivery. No TV has ever arrived and no reply to my emails. Please don't make the same mistake buying goods from this seller. Shoponix remain listed at Companies House but I cannot understand why this company is still allowed to keep trading and keep stealing honest people's money. Don't buy from this seller.

STOLEN OVER £200 FROM ME.

I have been scammed orderd a nitendo switch on the second of August. They send fake tracking also.Llyods told me ring back on the 18th and hopefully will be refunded.

Don't buy off these scumbags I ordered a ninetendo switch lite from them on ebay on 3rd August and paid£169.99 they supposed to have given me a tracking number for the royal mail saying they had dispatched the item but that's as far as it's got I've messaged god knows how many times with one response whatsoever so now I've put a claim for my money back though PayPal.

"Bought" a Nintendo switch from this company on the 3rd of August and surprise surprise I've not recieved anything! I checked online before buying and saw that it was a "trusted company" as it was registered with companies House, and at that point there were no reviews 😐 currently have an open case with PayPal so finger's crossed i get my £175 back. What a time to be scamming people ey 👎

Well I checked 2 review sites, companies house and Google maps to check that the company existed and seemed okay before I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A40 last week so decided to place and order.
I received an email receipt for my order and a Paypal confirmation of payment and sure enough when you click on the Royal Mail Track & Trace it says on the 4th August '20 Royal Mail are awaiting the item from the seller and that is as far as it goes. On reading the many reviews now in the last 2 days or later I gather that I have been duped too. How these people don't have a conscience and can sleep at night is beyond me! I have sent an email to them direct via their website and now about to contact Paypal and the final resort will be contacting my credit card company.
Have finally on 19th Aug had a confirmation from Paypal that I have won my case, it's now closed and a refund is due to my credit card, although it isn't applied yet on 20th. The annoying thing is that Paypal didn't really say what the outcome was.
I contacted Trading Standards, registered a problem with Action Fraud and sent an email to Watchdog. I have just looked at Trust Pilot and see it is upto 191 experiences today. Also tried to go on Shoponix Webite and it won't connect - so possibly it has been taken down to stop any other people getting caught out with similar experiences. I suggest you do as much feedback and reporting as possible to hopefully get a good result. It's a worry that so much of this seems to go on without tougher outcomes!

You don't get the option to leave 0 stars so had to give 1, begrudgingly......Avoid this company at all costs, scam scam scam. Like everyone else on here I've been duped. My own stupid fault I guess, however, the website seems legit. You receive an email with a tracking number for Royal Mail, then.........nothing, zero, zilch, nada !! No response to emails, phone number just rings out or is constantly busy. Very well set up fake website, even managing to give you the so called tracking number. They are even on Companies House as a legit business, very clever, well done in taking honest, hard working people's money. Bunch of crooks. Just wish I had read reviews before being an idiot and believing all would be ok just because they are registered on Companies House. For anyone who has the sense to come here and read the reviews first.......stay well away !!!

Shock not received my item when you google the shoponix and scroll down the same Jozef Drevenak come up as director and when you Facebook the same it comes up with a guy from Manchester May not be the same person but passed the name on to PayPal. PAYPAL HAVE REFUNDED ME

Scam company, trying to get money back through PayPal, they send you a ref number for Royal Mail but the item never reaches Royal Mail from them, no goods, fraud company, even after paying express delivery, they must be laughing rubbing their dirty little hands together when they see those, it’s made be very angry, wish I’d seen this first, someone should contact Get Dom so he can track them down x furious 😡

Update, just received confirmation from paypsl, I'm getting a full refund, thank god, thank you PayPal, never again!!!
Ordered 2 Nintendo switch for my grandchildren, they don't answer emails, or phone calls, just days everything out if stock now!! Have txt saying on way to post office, but its not, cause I've been scammed out og 340 quid, taken case up with pay pal now, good luck everyone ordering off these scum bags, should be sent to jail,

Absolutely awful...I ordered iPhone few days back and paid express delivery. I have yet to receive. I call them multiple times but could not get through. I emailed but no response yet. Tracking details shows "item yet to receive from seller". DO NOT fall for the price..it's a scam. I have raised a case with PayPal

Awful, Awful awful - just wished I had read the reviews before engaging with them, non existent customer service, failure to provide products ordered - total scam company , avoid at all costs - similar story to others - paid extra for next day for my sons birthday, 1 week later still nothing - no response from 4 emails and Royal Mail tracking still saying item on route from supplier - total scam

OMG!... wish I had read these reviews before ordering my TV.... paid for express delivery as needed the Tv quickly , got an email with a tracking number supposedly from Royal Mail who said they were still awaiting the item ... still not arrived and it’s over a week now ... not answering emails or telephone 🙈... been scammed before and thought I’d learned a lesson ☹️.. will try a charge back now through PayPal .. will update this when I know anything .. please do not go fir the cheaper price on goods , it’s just not worth this hassle , I’m sooo embarrassed that it’s happened to me again 🙃

Couldn't do a minus 100 stars. Same as every one else. TV not arrived. Fake tracking e-mails bounce back & online messages ignored. They actually had cheek to e-mail me asking me to do a review supposedly for their site. Who gives these con merchants a card acceptance facility without checking them out. Hope it comes out of their pocket when we all get refunds. (Hope everyone does).
