Good catalog, reasonable shipping times, very good quality in my past orders, and custom number and name selection is pretty cool too!

I was blown away by the initial quality of these shirts. They look genuine and have sewn on club badges etc.

It is very important to buy a size, maybe even 2 sizes up however as these appear to be Chinese sizes. I generally like retro shirts to be a baggier fit, but as a 6ft2 guy with broad shoulders, an XXL, which is the biggest size they do, is probably a bit tighter than I would ideally like. If they had 1 size bigger that would be perfect.

Jerseys are great product. Loved the texture and fit overall. Definitely buying more!

I’ve bought 10 plus jerseys on multiple different occasions and loved the product every time. Easy to work with and great customer service! My jerseys are all great quality and have stayed that way even with lots of wear and washing.

I’ve ordered from a few places and this site was by far the best!

I decided to try this company as i regularly purchase from a range of football shirt providers both online and through TikTok. I had read reviews of Shirt Plugs so decided to try for myself.
I went for a retro Parma shirt and due to the vintage nature of the shirt anticipated it would be a copy.
The shirt itself was well packaged and arrived within 10 days as per the terms on site. Quality is generally good however they are areas of visible stitching within the manufacturing which indicates a slightly lower quality stock. The shirt cost £41 which is a tad expensive and on the higher side of replicas I’ve bought however all in all happy enough with my purchasing experience.

Really fast delivery and good quality jerseys. Will be buying again from here.

EDIT: This is such an ongoing joke at this point. They have first (finally! it seems you get a reaction only after posting on Trustpilot) send me a mail asking me where I contacted them regarding this and asking where they said they cannot provide me with the phone number of the carrier. So I have replied to that exact mail and inserted an attachment as proof that showed all of my attempts to contact them and added that I never said they cannot provide a number or mail address. I just stated that the sender should contact the carrier or else they will not help me further as they do not want to talk with customers. Its how it works with this carrier.

That was sent on the 9th of May and as you can guess... Again no reply whatsoever. It's like they just mailed me just because of my review and therefore it looks like they are doing what they should. The moment I contact them (because you can't reply on Trustpilot), they don't answer anymore so you are back to square one. It's just unbelievable at this point.

Be cautious of a serious lack of customer service.

I have placed an order on the 10th of april. I have been receiving updates consistently about the shipment and my product was finally gonna be delivered at the end of the month. To my surprise the delivery company confirmed by mail that my package has been delivered however it seems to be nowhere to be found.

How it works for us here is that customers cannot be in direct contact with the national delivery companies. They only want senders to be able to contact the delivery company so I have been trying for two weeks to get them to look into this matter.

As of this message I still haven't had a single reply on my mails from the company to look into this matter together with the delivery company. I do not blame them for the fact that my package was never delivered however you expect some level of customer service that they are able to help you with the matter. Now I am currently stuck in a phase where I am still waiting for a reply simply so we can track what has happened to my package. If this keeps up I will probably have to take matters myself by forcing a chargeback or looking into reporting this matter.

So be warned that you could possibly end up in a situation where the package was never delivered due to unknown reasons and you cannot solve the matter simply because of them not replying back to you.

I bought a Turkiye 2026 home shirt and the quality of the shirt was excellent and a very resonable price. If I buy any other shirt in the future, I would buy it from Shirt Plugs.

Ordered the germany 1990 kit and i have no bad words for it. It has good quality and there was no long waiting time (12 days)

After almost a month of waiting, it finally arrived. The shirt was awful, sizing was off and felt very fake. I wanted to return both but they didn’t accept a refund and there was no way to reason with customor service.
