Ordered size 46 boots (£60) for a cosplay, they are cheap quality but would suffice except despite having a 46 sticker on them they are significantly smaller than that. When held against a size 46 shoe they look to be at least 2 UK sizes too small.
When contacted they tried to tell me they don't accept returns on customised orders (this wasn't a customised order) but they could give me a partial refund. They offered £20, leaving me £40 out of pocket for cheap poor quality boots that are at least 2 sizes too small.

I suspect their policy is to try and get you to go away for the minimum amount of money and keep the difference on their overpriced tat.

Avoid buying from this seller, am expecting to have the conversation on how much it will cost me to return as others have had

I ordered a dr doom costume. Seller was quick to respond and kept me updated frequently. I usually wear a large so ordered a xxl as I know the sizing difference can be a problem. It fits very well and I’m really happy with it.

Very good quality on the costume! It is very nice, unfortunately the size is a bit big for me, but i don't want to order a smaller one because i realized it would be too tight and show my shape. I will check the size carefully next time. Will purchase from them again in the near future.

This company is not based in the UK.
Its a company based in China and returns are at your own expense which is more than the cost of the products.
The products are cheap and not the correct sizes.

I have received boots after a month , on website says 10-12 days, boots smells of glue worth maybe 5 pounds not 50f, cheap Chinese boots

Bought costume for myself and my son. We all loved them. These exceeded expectations. I was completely surprised by the high quality of the fabric and how well sewn it was. I really appreciate that, to do something affordable with good quality. Awesome!

Terrible experience, ordered a costume for an event, paid extra for urgent delivery. Costume hasn't arrived and now won't arrive in time for the event. No responses to enquiries, I want a refund but expect that is going to be a painful process.

I recommend all stay away, don't make the mistake I have.

I’m very pleased with the costume! It is very well made with breathable material. Very stretchy and easy to get into. The size is perfect. I believe it was worth the money!

Awful company based in China not the uk. The product ordered was cheap and tacky and far too small nothing like the vintage description on their website! They tried fobbing me off with how much return would cost…. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund without returning but they are now pestering me over returning the item and not in a nice manner! Avoid at all costs they are a con merchant …

Do not use this company. Based in China not the UK and clearly selling fake products.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. they are a dishonest and misleading. I ordered an item, paid for express delivery. It didn't arrive in time for my needs, but arrived later. I asked for a refund. To get that refund i had to send it back to China, which cost me £25 and i still dont have a refund. they keep delaying me when i ask for my money back. saying they will check its been received and then processing may take time. I got it in end October, asked for refund in Nov and its mid Jan and still no refund. They must be relying on me just giving up! that won't be happening.

Can’t leave 0 stars unfortunately. Poor sizing! Asked for refund & was told it would cost me too much money time & effort to return. Don’t bother ordering from here! Still not received a refund.

Absolutely terrible unreliable and take your money but will not refund it if items not delivered. Thieves would describe this bunch of liars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING COMPANY

This company are a con. They are clearly based in China and the photos they have of their products do not mnatch the reality of the product. I ordered some boots that I was desperate for. Whn ethey arrived I was very disapointed in the cheap plastic version very different from the photo. They cost alot of money, I was ripped off. I wore them anyway as I needed some boots, the sole fell off on day 1. They finally agreed to refund half the cost but that was a month ago and still have not recived it. I guess because they are based in China we can not do much to close them down other than warn others...

I ordered 2x DC FLASH tops for my son for Xmas. Post order I emailed Shopu to ask they changed the colour. Shopu replied promptly. To my absolute delight & amazement the tops arrived early, the correct colours dispatched & the quality was outstanding. Thick, soft material. Big buttons. I will definitely use Shopu regularly now

Awful service! Paid extra for express delivery 2weeks ago and fancy dress costume still has not arrived! The party is this evening!
Your website stated express delivery is a maximum of 6 days ! It was tracked as still in China on day 8!
Not a happy customer I expect a full refund ASAP!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I paid for express delivery which states 4-6 working days and it’s not cheap as it way £12.99. I ordered last Friday as I needed it for this weekend. I’ve messaged the company on WhatsApp as that’s where it said to contact them on the confirmation. They are now ignoring my messages as I’ve asked for a refund as the product isn’t going to come in time and will be useless to me after this weekend. Clearly something dodgey. Don’t waste your money on this website they won’t send your items

Absolutely appalling. Product arrived damaged and wanted to return. They offered me money back and Sorted out a refund for product have not received it after waiting the recommended amount of time and now being ignored about where it is. Will not be re-using and will me taking this further

My son received his new Jedi rebel backpack just in time for school. It’s great quality and looks fantastic!! It took exactly 10 days to come so we got it just in time 🥰 When I asked a question about the delivery date, customer service were very prompt. Thank you!

This Company is a fraud Don't ever buy from these people .They are not a UK company as they would have you believe .Product was cheap and trying to sort a refund is nearly impossible.
