I ordered a joker outfit 3 weeks ago nearly with 3-5 day postage. Turns up today. Useless. Then I open it and try it on. It’s an XL and it wouldn’t fit on a barbie doll. Not sure who they are sizing up for these sizes but they must be children or midgets. Thanks for ruining Halloween as I relied on you to get the job done and more fool me, the proof was in the pudding, absolutely useless. Tin pot company

Ordered an item with 3-5 days delivery estimate, over a week later and it still hasn't even been dispatched, order won't be recieved in time now.

Attempts to contact them have not got a reponse.

Ridiculous website.
Ordered something paid express delivery…Three weeks later after the event I needed the costume for it arrived!!! I’ve complained and asked for a refund they want me to pay to send it back… even though I paid express shipping which I never received. They are a joke. I probably won’t get my refund and Ill have to raise a dispute on PayPal!!

Ordered white sandals. They are cute and comfortable. Size fit as expected and i was happy with their service. They are worth what you pay.

Bought a costume from them for my son. My son was so excited to receive ths costume. Of course he loved it. Fabric is high quality and soft. Worth purchasing.

Worst company ever.
Ordered a hulk suit for my Grandson in early March for an Easter present.
Contacted the company in May as it hadn’t arrived. Was told it had been dispatched and I had to wait for delivery.
I refused as it hadn’t been delivered when they said it would so they were in breach of their contract.
Emails back and forth and some trading quotes I finally got a confirmed email of a full refund which would take 3 days to get to me.
5 weeks later still waiting for refund and emails ignored I started a claim from my credit card.
Low and behold the item arrived the next day. It pains me to say the item was of very quality.
I would never ever use this company again. It took nearly 16 weeks for this item to arrive.
I only ordered as it said it was a UK company

Consider my review as 0 stars as that is what this company deserves!! Actually, they deserve -10

Bought a cosplay costume, it arrived and was of extremely poor quality material. The colours were different to what was shown on their website. Obviously, stock images were used as I found the same images being used on other sites while looking for a replacement.

When I tried to return the item, the company claimed the costume had been custom made, therefore no refund can be given...(A lie, I bought a standard size S, my receipt shows this). I asked the company to provide proof of customisation. When that didn't work they told me if I wish to return the item, I would have to pay the shipping. Considering I had paid over £100 for the costume, I was not going to settle for poor quality. The costume felt cheap to touch and parts of the costume were in the wrong colours, so I was willing to pay this and told Shopu I still wished to go ahead with the return for a full refund.

They then came back and asked me if I wished to keep the costume and accept a partial refund. I said no, I want my full refund.

They came back explaining that due to covid, shipping would take a long time and would be expensive. At this point, I was getting very fed up.
Shopu was trying every trick in the book to fob me off from getting my full refund.

Again, due to what I had paid for the costume, I explained once again, this was fine by me, I just want my refund. (This took almost a week, so far). They finally gave me their return address

Once I sent the parcel, I gave them the tracking number as proof of postage. (As required).

Two weeks later, (10th May 2021) I checked the tracking and the item was marked as "Attempted to be delivered this morning Monday 10th May at 7:45 am but there was no answer. A note has been left for you with instructions on how to collect your parcel".

I emailed the company again, explaining what had happened (including a screenshot of the delivery notice) and asked, now that delivery had been made, when can I expect my full refund?

Their response: "Please allow me some time to check it with the warehouse. If they receive the returned goods, we will do the refund for you then".

I explained:
"The image I attached in my previous email, clearly proves delivery was attempted and the only reason your warehouse may not have the parcel at this time is that your company failed to answer the door! Legally, as I have supplied proof, delivery was attempted, you have no legal right to ask for more time". This company was now holding my refund as ransom!

ONE WEEK later, they came back saying this: "We will deduct the shipping fee we have paid for shipping the order to you and refund you the rest of the money. Okay?". I was livid! They now have my money AND the costume. Legally, they can not do this. I told them this and the fact that as they were in breach of their own returns policy, behaving illegally, it was now time I opened a dispute with Paypal.

Once I opened my dispute with Paypal, Shopu came back with this: "I talked it with our manager. We can give you a full refund, please close the dispute with Paypal first. Thank you so much".

What!!!! You want me to close my Paypal dispute? One I would not be able to reopen if you still refuse to give me my refund? Yeah, of course, I'll do that straight away!!

WARNING!! To all who shop with this or any company that asks you to close your Paypal dispute BEFORE you get your refund (if one is open). They want you to close the dispute because:

1. Paypal charge the company that the dispute is against. At the time of writing this, it's £12.00
2. They are illegally holding your refund as ransom if all legalities are met. Parcel sent via recorded means, tracking number supplied to the company and the parcel had been delivered. The fact they weren't there to receive it has no bearing whatsoever!!
3. Once you close the dispute, if they still refuse to give you your refund, you CAN NOT reopen the dispute with Paypal, therefore no chance of getting your money back.

I obviously refused blankly and in the end, Paypal got us our refund.

We have since reported this company to Trading Standards, in the hope they will do something. Unless more people do this, it's doubtful they will do anything and this company can continue to con good people out of their hard-earned money!

I am nearly lost for words....I placed an order 5/4/2021...and paid for express delivery....well you guessed it...NOTHING....nearly 100 emails have passed between myself and these THIEVES....I am dumbfounded....WHO can stop these companies in the East advertising their (none existing stock) the whole experience has made me quite ill...I suffer with chronic health issues as it is....if I knew a way how to take these lying con artists to court I would believe you me !!.... I shall NOT give up the fight of either getting my order or my money back....we are living in a horrendous time with these types of swindling merchants taking normal people hard earned money...it is nothing but....CRIMINAL AND SHAMEFUL.....

Avoid this company like the plague. They are not based in the UK and the way they operate is dubious. Even though the website says you can return items they have completely ignored my requests to return stuff that took over two months to arrive. When I opened a dispute with PayPal they said they’d refund me if I closed it and never did. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. I don’t know how people sleep at night behaving like this but I doubt they care. I hope it was worth the £60 I foolishly paid for x2 dresses that were no doubt made for 5p.

I should say their shipping took longer than i expected. Fortunately, i got my goods. The items are nice and fit me well.

Buyer beware. Despite the .co.uk address this is a Chinese company. They sent me a different item from that which I ordered, messed me around offering partial refunds for a couple of weeks before paypal offered to refund me if i provided proof of return postage. Return postage to China for a bag is around £60! Paypal haven't come out of this well either. Avoid at all costs.

I had the exact same problem as Ally Wilson. I ordered the vintage boots and these nasty plastic tan boots arrived. I ordered before Christmas and contacted them by email in January when they had not arrived. When they did arrive I immediately contacted them and through several emails they refused a full refund and offered partial refund. Then I was sent a garbled return address and a WhatsApp contact number. Again they continued to refund and initially offered £30. I refused and said they shouldn't use a co.uk address as customers believe they're in the UK. I was also responsible for return postage fee. The person on WhatsApp then offered £40 claiming tracked return postage is £23.99. I felt like I was banging my head against a brick wall and couldn't trust they would refund even if I returned the rubbish boots, so I accepted the £40.
This company is a scam selling cheap goods knowing customers will want to return but they win by keeping some of your money. They are fraudsters mis-selling under trades description.
I would like to make it my mission to get them barred from trading here.

They advertised greatttt vintage styled boots on their website. I ordered the dark brown. The boot was taking longer than expected which started to worry me even though I allowed them extra time due to Xmas and covid Pandemic. I tried to log onto my account, but I forgot my password. Therefore went for a reset. No reply. Eventually I found these reviews to which I wished I'd found beforehand. Otherwise I would never have spent £63.99. I instantly got onto PayPal. In the meantime trying to get a response from them. Eventually some sort of boots arrived, but definitely not the ones I ordered. They were cheap and tacky, even smelled funny and they were tan in colour?? I could not get a decent response from them when I requested a full refund several times. They fobbed me off with; we can give partial and you can keep the product. (yeah right. I wouldn't be seen dead in them). When I asked for the returns label. Told that it would cost me too much. I'd have to return them to China. Just accept partial refund. And still they would not send the returns label or provide an address. It was like flogging a dead horse! Eventually fortunate for me. Paypal came through and refunded the full amount of money this fraudulent Company wouldn't and didn't want to give back. If it was up to me they would have been scored a big fat '0!!!' rating. At least one good thing as come out of this. From now on before I buy from companies like these. I'll check out the reviews first!

Terrible ordered 7th December with a 10 working day delivery arrived 16th January. Wrong colour and very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Not a UK company.

So so bad! I ordered a pair of pyjamas it stated 6-10 days for delivery! It’s been well over a month and they still aren’t here! Never stated the delivery would be coming from China. Won’t give me a refund. Do not buy from them

I ordered some age 10-11 Christmas pjs. They arrived, more like age 3-4. Contacted for refund and they are not replying. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. DO NOt PURCHASE FROM THEM

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Placed order for shoes which obviously never existed. They contacted me to say they were out of stock and choose others. They have still not refunded my money, after telling them I do not want to choose others.

Shocking .. ordered 3 items to the value of £81.00. Only received 2 of them. Cheap plastic sandals arrived when advertised as pigskin and a cheap tatty cardigan thing. A pair of sandals missing (thank goodness). Clearly not a UK based business. I've asked several times for a full refund of which clearly 3 different people have replied with different offers. What don't they understand when FULL REFUND is requested. Why should I send back poor quality goods to China when they say they're based in UK??? .. Reporting my concerns to BRITISH TRADING STANDARDS. as their advertising is incorrect. Avoid like the plague!!! They don't even deserve one star.

Scam, avoid. I ordered an item from them back in May. Never received the item and never got my money back even though I contacted them innumerous times requesting a refund.
