Ordered item was completely wrong no contacted from them and ignoring emails SCAMMERS!

Awful!!! Do not order from here!!!

I tried to cancel my order and get a refund immediately realizing that it wouldn't arrive in time for when I needed it. I was ignored for two days and had to send another e-mail, and now they refuse to give me a full refund.

Disgusting customer service.

Upon realising I'd wrote a bad review and I'm still trying to get a refund, they e-mailed me with (copied and pasted) "Please delete the bad review for us. You will see the refund once you delete it."

Absolutely disappointed with my shopping experience with this shop. Ordered a costume for a comic-con and I paid for 12 pounds for express delivery. My costume didn't arrive in time. I asked for a delivery refund and got nothing.. Communication was poor from the beginning. Didn't even have a tracking number for my delivery until I made a fuss about it... Avoid if can

Very bad experience, the items were delayed for Halloween, once delivered after Halloween I asked for a refund. I sent the items back to China which was a big cost, after months of waiting for them to receive my parcel it has been sent back to me. Very bad customer service not willing to help at all. Will never be using this site ever again.

Actually, I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews about this site. I wanna say that I'm satisfied with my purchase. At least it worthy the money I paid. The quality is acceptable. And the customer service is helpful. I'm considering to buy more in future.

Bought a bikini from this site, but firstly received only the tops, this is really frustrated. However, they re-send me the bottoms immediately and agreed to give me a discount for next purchase. This is acceptable, it's okay for me. Cause I'm going to buy another piece for my sister. And the whole bikini set looks much more great now!

Such cute shoes I got! I am going to be a princess in the new costume, but I lack a pair of gorgeous shoes. I firstly ordered the wrong size, they guys confirmed and corrected the size for me. That's really sweet. I'm also looking for a new costume for cosplay, would like to consider this site.

I fell in love with Spiderman after watching the movie. The suits I got from them guys are so cool! The quality of the costume is okay, and the price is affordable. Now, I'm also a superhero in my house, LOL...

In all honesty, I'm overall happy with my experience and product. Quality and price are flawless. It did take a few days longer than expected but I was in no rush, and considering it was the free shipping then there are no complaints.
Also I used the WhatsApp tool to communicate which was very efficient, provided me with updates and tracking

Took weeks to arrive. Was damaged. No response at all when I contacted Shopu

Do not buy from this company, I spent £50 on a pair of boots, I hadn't even had them on my feet for 1 minute and the eyelet popped out and broke, they eventually sent me a new pair, they did the exact same thing on my 2nd time of wearing them, I now have 2 pairs of shoes I can't wear , they are very very cheap and tacky, and are not even worth £10. They will not let me return them or give me a refund, they are faulty! Please don't buy from these scammers.

Paid extra for speedy shipping (1-3 days) already been 7 and I’m told another 1-3 days. Why they offer (and get you to pay) express delivery is crazy as the item seemingly comes from China!

This was my worst online shopping experience ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They take your money and dont care about anything else. Last year I ordered a product from them and it had a month long delivery time which is fine, but it arrived 3 months later and I had the longest email chain as I pleaded with them to cancel the order.

In our correspondence they were overwhelmingly rude to me and straight up lied. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money. But they kept insisting it was almost there. In reality im pretty sure after 2 months of me complaining they just resent a product. They constantly fobbed me off for refund and when it finally arrived I wanted to send it back and get my refund (I had been asking for 2 months!) and the stopped replying to me.

I would have taken this further if it wasnt for the fact that the energy to pursue this is worth more than the £30 I spent. If I could I would curse the employees of this website to have overwhelming IBS for all the foods they love.

These people are the worst stay away!

I bought some outdoor slippers (46.00) and they took nearly two months to arrive. They are not size 38 but are at least a 39. They feel cheaper than expected and were packaged very simply. I think that the 'good' reviews on the website must have been made up? They will not accept a return because it has been over the 30 days for a refund. I will not shop here again

My shoes arrived 2 days later than an estimated day for delivery. However, the shoes are very comfortable. I am very happy. I highly recommend buying from this seller.

I wanna say that their customer service is great! Because I firstly ordered with free shipping, but it is too slow. I requested to change theshipping methos and pay the price differences. They changed the shiping method for me immediately, it'amazing! My costume arrived in time finally.

Horrendous company - poor products, wrong size, cheap materials. Tried to send back but they are asking me to pay shipping for a faulty item.
Can anyone stop these scammers? I’m going to report them and seek legal advice as they can’t continue to do this to people
