Very friendly and punctual staff. Have placed multiple orders with them, and while the shipping can sometimes take longer than I'd hope, that's not on them, it's the international shipping delays. If any of my figures arrive with any issues, they do what they can to fix the problem as soon as possible! I will continue to purchase the bulk of my 3P robots from them for the foreseeable future.

Reliable online storefront. I've been buying figures off and on with Show.Z store for over a year now. Every purchase has gone through smoothly, and their shipping process has been immaculate. I am particularly impressed with how my items are packaged on arrival, they make sure no damage comes to your item during transit! I highly recommend this store.

The shop has a variety of items and frequently restocking lots of them. I really like the packaging for all the kits I bought and it's very thoughtful to use those corner plastic protectors, I haven't seen this elsewhere until now. I like the occasional offers too, it keeps me motivated and I will be buying again there!

If you collect Transformers SHOWZ Store is the right place to find them, clear prices including shipping and duties, if you have a problem on arrival they never leave you alone. highly recommended

I buy a lot of action figures from Chinese sellers and Show.Z is by far my favourite shop. They are highly professional, their customer service is friendly and competent and their prices are usually unbeatable. They have a generous reward system that helps lower the already low prices even more. They package the figures in bubblewrap, put it in a sturdy cardboard box with edge protectors and then wrap it up in plastic foil. I've never ever had a package or its contents arrive damaged in the slightest, and I've ordered dozens of items from them. Their After Sales service has always been helpful and reliable as well. I can absolutely recommend buying from this shop!

Showz, especially their sister store Gundamit is my go to place for anything 3rd party and resin gundam model kit. Their price is definitely cheaper compare to other site or if you order via taobao buying agent. They also always accept my request to source some resin kits which they don't sell originally, and with again good price as well.

Customer service is top notch as well, Yuan from their team take cares of my replacement part in timely manner, of course it always due to the availability from the manufacturer as well. I heard they are also willing to help you for replacement part even though you bought it from somewhere else.

They are a bit slow in shipping out your order (on average takes about a week before your order left their warehouse), but it is definitely not a problem for me as it's still reasonable.

Whenever I order anything from this store, I can rest assured knowing I will recieve my order undamaged and (usually) a week early. Customer support has been top notch whenever I've needed support.

Every time I shop through this store, the item arrives in perfect condition because of the incredibly secure packaging (even including protective corners one the box). They also have a dedicated page for sale items, of which there are many. This is one of my most trusted online stores!

ShowZStore is a great retailer, they have some of the best prices when it comes to most items compared to other stores and everything arrives in a timely manner.

They pack their stuff well and in tradition with how the Chinese have high expectations for new item box conditions, I recall an employee there mentioning how a big chunk of their work there was after-sale service.

It simply can't be outmatched, they will provide you with everything you need within their power. I've been using ShowZStore for years and have yet to be dissatisfied. I'm talking $25,000 USD+ of plastic robots and other various nonsense.
I understand there can be issues, but I don't see where the 1 star reviews are coming from. They've got great customer support and have an active presence on TFW2005.COM in the 3rd party forum, as well as in their own Discord server.

To start, just about every experience i've had with ShowZStore and the people who run it has been a smooth process. Everything i've ordered from the store has come in a timely fashion, almost always right on time. Most if not all products are of good quality and if anything goes wrong, you can rest assured knowing you'll be helped asap and with good manners by the great team of ShowZ

I've only made one purchase from them so far, but it's been a good experience so far. When I contacted them to let them know that my package wasn't being tracked yet, they got to bottom of it and rectified it the same day. If the customer service is this consistently good, I'll become a repeat customer
