I ordered a product in November of 2022. Granted it was the free econ package so it said within 25 business days after it had been shipped it would arrive. It didn’t end up shipping until late December, and I was fine but mildly annoyed. It is February 17th at the time of this review. I spent $150 USD to get something and it appears it wont come in. I feel as though I have been scammed. I have contacted support a few times and they did not help. Rather do business through TFSOURCE, and they stink. At least their shipping reliability is worthy.

From great selection to great prices to fast shipping, this store has everything you could want from an online store. The support team is also really nice and very competent when it comes to solving your problems. I'll continue to be a regular customer. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to buy rare or exclusive figures internationally.

Many figures that I can't find anywhere else are there, always good prices, and their system for rewarding points is the best. I recently had an excellent experience with their customer service, super attentive and quick to help

The ShowZ Store is the absolute best Source for Transformers Figures of all kinds, and an even better place to look for replacement Parts. Their After Sales Service goes much further than it legally has to, and they reach out to you almost no matter the case. Plus they have the best Prices, as well.

The after sale service of ShowZ store never let me down, they responded quick and always solve the problems.

Showz has great prices, carries a ton of cool products, and their customer service is top notch.

I have ordered from ShowZ many times now. These one star reviews are flukes, or lies. Shiw Z is one of the best in the game! They're the only toy company I've ordered from, and my collection is MASSIVE, that actually put hard plastic corner pieces on their boxes to prevent the box from being crushed. I live in the US so they travel a long way, and always arrive in excellent condition. An item specific review here is dumb because showz does not make these toys, it simply sells them. If you're reviewing a product you had an error with, you're ignorant. This is a review of the company itself and they have stellar, 5 star ratings in every category as far as I'm concerned. Many companies could learn a thing or 2 about packing shipping from ShowZ.

At first I was dubious but I need not have worried. Delivery was amazingly quick, I have waited for stuff in the uk for much longer. Packaging was the best, I have never had something arrive packaged so well. I will definitely being using this company again. Well done showzstore for getting it so right!

Getting hard to beat ShowZ these days.

Showzstore for 3 year and have only had excellent service. The points system is great . You earn points and can take them off the value of a figure. I also bought a figure then a month later it was reduced in price they gave me the difference back in points. IMO the best and always go to them first.

I purposed figures for years from many online stores. Never had any issue like with Showz. I purchased the transformer figure as the "battle damaged ver.. Showz shipped me a figure got in a battle somehow damaged. I first thought is a display model as it's on sale. My finger got dirty while playing with it. However, after I removed a few pieces and tried to clean it, I was shocked. The interior of the figure is way more worse. Basically, it's covered with greasy dirt inside out. And the piece I disassembled already broken inside. I have to believe showz just picked up something from garbage disposal and wiped the exterior and shipped to me. It's a deceitful business and they scam people. They could have paid big $ for those ytbers to promote their store on video. but, normal buyers should stay away from that store. there are many other stores to choose from.

I frequently order from Showzstore and have had mostly no issues, however this time around, received an upgrade kit for volcanicus and it was missing a piece. Made several attempts to contact, got one reply directing me to another link and still never heard any reply. Very poor customer service

Ordered a Transformers Model. Arrived after some time thats to COVID related delays. Very impressed with the level of addtional packaging to protect the item. Very happy.
