I ordered the wrong level books for my boys so l contacted customer service team and they were extremely prompted with their reply, dealt with the refund instantly and guided me through to return the item.
I was unable to exchange my item but l think it would have taken long anyway. I would buy from them again.

Pleasently surprised.
I was suspicious at first due to the extreamly low prices of the books and shipping. But i throw caution to the wind and tried it. And boy am i happy. I ordered 7 books and they arrived in perfect condition.

Item missing, refund, but no explanation.
The items from my order that arrived were as ordered, but one item was not included. I was later reimbursed for that item, with no details, and I had to try and hunt that item down elsewhere. I would have appreciated an explanation as to why that item, which appeared to be in stock, and my payment for it went through, why I did not recieve it. Probably wouldn't shop with this seller again.

Shulph are THE best online bookstore
Shulph are THE best online bookstore. I will no longer order from anywhere else. Their customer service is exceptional - they’re fantastic at responding on their live chat, whenever I enquire about any new books they have uploaded them onto their site for me to purchase, following up with an email to their purchase link. Today they emailed to let me know they’d manage to source 1 copy of a book I’d enquired about that has been facing publishing delays and ordered this for me when there were some technical issues.
Their delivery is always super speedy, with their books packaged well and in pristine condition (unlike many other retailers!) and 9/10 their books are as cheap as I can find them. I love the fact they’ve now introduced a rewards programme to save money on books or get free delivery.
I look forward to continuing to purchase from Shulph regularly to keep my bookshelves stocked!!
