Reliable shop, good delivery, great sandals, easy returns.

Good morning
The product is lovely. However, because you don't do wide fitting, I had to go up a size and they are still a tiny bit narrow. I am putting out a plea for all of us with wide feet. We are not that unusual!

I have made contact with Shuperb before in regards to some boots that my husband wanted but unfortunately they weren’t in stock in his size.
Then recently he saw another pair which he liked & he ordered them it was a very easy process & unbelievable they arrived the next day with no extra cost what great service.
On trying his boots on he notice there was only one tag which was clearly displayed when they were ordered but my husband commented that he would prefer if there was a tag on each boot.
I decided to ring to enquire not really thinking that this would be possible that was when I spoke to the lovely Jessica who told me she was working from home but when in the office today she would see if she could find a tag & would let me know & low & behold as good as her word Jessica called this morning to say she had found one & it was on its way in the post.
To say we are more than extremely grateful & satisfied is an understatement thank you Jessica you & Shuperb are fantastic.

Ordered my size, 7, and they were too large so exchanged them for size 6 without any problem. Service excellent, boots excellent.

Quick and efficient delivery. Parcel collected from my local Post Office which was convenient. Sandals are very comfortable and support the foot.
