Great service by 2 friendly ladies

Very expensive mistake to use Shurgard, ended up paying over £500 for one month and one day storage of 150 metres.
Offer of £1 for the first month was unavailable so I am not sure if this even existed. Arranged for a one month contract with 7 day grace period at end. I only took one day of this and yet they went into my account and took another £352.00
Please be careful as this was a really expensive mistake and Shurgard are saying they were entitled to take the money, no apology offered. Just replied I should have put everything in writing.
Feel this was a real rip off, start by offering something that is not actually available and then double down on taking whatever you can from customer.
Not sure why you have bothered to reply, or maybe an Ai agent as it does not address my issues at all.

I have been using Shurgard for nearly 10years and I can only say nice things about the service and staff at the Poole Branch. Michelle and Gina are both very helpful whenever I see them. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Kane at Shurgard. He was kind, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to show me around the different storage options available and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

Kane made everything clear and straightforward, which gave me confidence in choosing the right unit for my needs. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience much easier and more enjoyable.
