First Class Product, Price and Service
We are absolutely delighted with the product provided and the excellent service and attention from Jim.
From the start of our enquiries we found his knowledge, experience and advice superior to the competition and his price was also the most attractive.

Excellent shutters
We have had Ben back for a second set of installation of shutters after being so pleased the first time round. Our house now looks fantastic front and back and I am thrilled with the competitively priced shutters as well as Ben’s efficient and trustworthy approach to the job. As we are having renovations to our house, I was happy to wait the 12 weeks. I would happily recommend Shuttercraft for quality, communication and value.

Fantastic all round
Absolutely incredible, we are in love with the shutters! Easy to use, easy to clean, easy service. Great quality and a 10 year warranty which is brilliant really puts trust in the products! What’s nice is the installer Marcus was an absolute pleasure, very polite and friendly. Very considerate with me working from home and where was the best place to start etc! Highly recommend this company, absolute no fault at all.

Great service from the initial to completion
From the initial survey, through to completion of the fitting, Shuttercraft were professional & efficient, & moreover a great value for money supplier. Giving advice on the materials & possible configurations of the shutters, the representative was accurate, helpful & knowledgeable in respect to what would suit our window, & the timing of delivery/fitting.
On the day of installation, the fitter arrived on time, was courteous, clean, tidy & efficient; ensuring that we were totally satisfied with the product & the service.
We would totally recommend Shuttercraft-St Albans to fit anyone's shutters & will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent product , poor after sales service
Excellent product , great fitting . My issue is aftercare & communication. One shutter was fitted in November which wasn’t what I’d ordered ( the order placed was unclear & never clarified with me so I wrongly assumed it was correct) . 8 months later I’m still waiting for the replacement shutter to be fitted & I’ve had to chase it as opposed to being kept informed of what’s happening, however I’ve given up now.

Great service received by Ben
Great service received by Ben. I was looking for a local business to install my blinds but someone who was genuine and trustful, in case something went wrong. I came across Ben and have to say he was so lovely, approchable and demonstrated patience whilst i decided which product was right for me.
It's too early to comment on durability of the blinds but they look great and i am sure Ben would continue to provide an excellent service should i have questions.

The Sales person and the Shutter fitter.
The sales person together with the shutter fitter was very professional, in their knowledge of the product and was able to give adequate advice and opinions. The fitter was particularly good at completing the fitting of the shuttes in a reasonable time and cleaned up after hus work.

Great shutters expertly fitted, very pleased with the end result
We are pleased with the shutters-they are good quality and well priced. Ours is an old property (1875) and the window recesses are not always square, so fitting the shutters presented a challenge. The end result exceeded our expectations. The fitter was personable and efficient
