Matt came out to measure up and gave us a price which was better than previous company's, there was no hard sell, after thinking about it for a few days decided to go with Matt, he rang when the shutters were ready and turned up on time with Dan and they have done a excellent job the shutters look fabulous on a 6 window bay and a back window, there was no mess and they removed all packaging, they are both very knowledgeable and pleasant guys, would definitely recommend, would use them again in a heartbeat.

From initial enquiry to install, Raj and Punita have been absolutely brilliant. The quote came through within hours of measurement and the install was professional and Raj clearly takes pride in his work. Punita is really great at letting you know what's going on. Would highly recommend

Jim fitted our shutters in our livingroom and bedroom and they are absolutely perfect! The service from start to finish was seamless. Jim was very knowledgable which we were very grateful for as we didn’t have much knowledge about the different type of shutters but we are so happy that we went with what Jim suggested! Very pleased with the quality of the shutters and service from Ben. They were on time and there was good communication throughout the process. The most important factor in my recommendation is the fitting which makes all the difference in an older property.

**EDIT - in response to this review Andrew visited and fixed the issue with the shutter so thank you to Andrew for that. I still think an after-fitting courtesy call would be a good idea to address anything like this. But still, I can’t fault the response so I have raised the star rating too**

Quick reply and appointment for the measurements etc. Long wait for the shutters - over 3 months.
Fitting was efficient, clean and tidy.
One of the shutters doesn’t close completely flat like the others so it does let more light in on that one.
I was surprised there was no follow up call to check all was well or I would have mentioned it. The shutters were quite expensive - close to £1000 per window so I would have expected something.
But overall no major complaints and I’d recommend generally.

From ordering to fitting the Shutters Shuttercraft have been amazing, Jim comes out and measures and he also fits them, this man knows everything to do with Shutters, and goes out of his way to make sure your happy with your Shutters and the fitting which is a truly professional first class job, and of course the prices were unbelievably amazing, we are so glad we chose Shuttercraft, before you try anyone else please try Shuttercraft first, highly recommended.
