After comparing quotes, we chose Ben for our shutters because he was knowledgeable, reassuring, and not pushy. He handled everything himself, installing shutters on all 27 windows in our 4-bedroom home, including two French windows. The results look fantastic and really open up the space. Very professional first contact with all measurements etc taken at the time. Price quotation promptly provided and very competitive when comparing with alternate suppliers. Delivery lead time was a bit long but well worth the wait. Installation well done given the circumstances of very uneven and decrepit window frames in a 50 year old property. Very satisfied with the result as it upgrades the whole property.

I love my new shutters
I love my new shutters. What a difference they make to our home. Shuttercraft are great to deal with, they were honest about delivery times and seamlessly fitted them on the day. There is a charge of £20 to remove the packing empty boxes though.

Very happy with the blinds and speed of fitting on the day. The guys were friendly and tidy.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the long wait between ordering and getting it fitted.

A very smart addition to my patio.
I am very pleased with my new awning. Bit sad it took so long to install. But it was made to measure on my instructions. So the summer is over and it probably won't be used until next summer.
