I had an amazing experience at Shyne Jewelers while shopping for an engagement ring. Veronica was amazing and helpful from start to finish! She took her time and helped us every step of the way, we are forever grateful for her patience and assistance! From the moment I walked in, Veronica and the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of rings was beautiful, and we were able to design the ring of my future fiancé dreams using one of the rings we liked in the show room with some modifications. The quality is exceptional and my soon to be fiancée couldn't be happier!

They did a wonderful job making my piece and shipped it in time I loved their help every step of the way!

I waited 1 month on a new Cartier watch for a friend’s birthday, when it arrived it was clearly second hand and stretched in a shabby old box, I found this company extremely hard to deal with and very unprofessional.

Very beautiful pendant which was a bit smaller than I expected but nice especially for the price. Came along with a little chain too which I did not know but ai guess I maybe should have. A handwritten note was in the box which I thought was very cute and meaningful to take the time out to let buyers see the appreciation given towards them. packaging was cute. I’m happy with my purchase.
