Great service (literally) from the Oakham team again today. Ben took care to understand what I wanted him to look at when I dropped my bike off for its Gold Service & made sure I knew how to contact him while it was being done. He then called me mid-service to check on something & then again when it was done. When I collected it, he again took time to explain what he’d done & that it had been test ridden as well. I was without my bike all day, which hurt while the sun was shining, but it was worth it to know that I’ve got a summer of (hopefully) stress-free riding thanks to the dedication of Ben & the Oakham team.

Will was fantastic and helped me select the right bicycle for my requirements and ability. I would highly recommend Sigma Sports at Oakham if you’re looking for a new bicycle. They have a vast range.

The delivery was good and on time, I had a problem with the qr code that is used to activate the bike computer. I visited your Oakham shop and the staff help I got there was excellent. I left with a working unit and very pleased with the knowledge and help your staff gave me.

Sigma have so much stock for triathlon so I booked and appointment to purchase several items. Ian looked after me and it was fantastic to receive advice from someone who understood the sport and himself from a swimming background. Ian couldn't have been more helpful. Great shops, amazing staff. Had my bike serviced in Oakham ahead of The Traka and enjoyed a great race with no mechanicals, thank you.

Some communication mismatch with delivery timelines, but can’t fault the outcome, thank you.

Purchased a Specialised Crea 2 Expert e-bike from Sigma. Good end of year price. Was served by Kane who was very professional and offered a fitting test to see which frame was the correct size for me. The bike was set up well and the staff clarified a number of points about the bike including letting me have an extra thru axle lever to remove the wheels out on the road. All in all very good service from the Oakham Sigma store.
