The product is world-class
The product is world-class. The logistics and delivery take longer than the average delivery. Unfortunately, they use Bring as their domestic Swedish logistic company, and once again Bring fails to deliver to the correct pick-up point.

I have bought silva trail runner free…
I have bought silva trail runner free ultra model. I think is a great product. However I have had an issue since my silva was delivered. Safety light at at back of torch was not working at all. I claimed and I received a new one in three days. It was very fast and prompt. Apart of that I really recommend this headlamp, very comfortable, light and used material with high quality. I am thinking to order also model trail speed 5XT, I wonder how it will be to get 1200 lumens. Thank you silva for great products.

Trail Speed 5 is a great compliment to Trail Runner Free. Apart from having 3 times as much light output – you can also use the brackets and place it on your running vest, helmet or bike handle bar. More freedom and more light without compromising on weight.

The parcel was delivered to a pickup-spot on the other side of town
The parcel was delivered to a pickup-spot on the other side of town. Bring, silvas logistiks partner have pickup-spots close to where I live but they delivered to a spot on 10km distance. I contacted Bring and Silva but nothing happend and the parcel was sent back.
Lesson learned: never pay until you have the stuff in your hand,,,,
Ser nu att detta landar på en svenskspråkig site. Frågeformuläret var på engelska så jag svarade på engelska....
Bring har antagligen fel i sin databas kopplingar postnummer - utlämningsställe. Postnord, schenker och de andra skickar till rätt ställe. Bring har gjort det här felet tidigare.

The product works and fits my older…
The product works and fits my older headtorch even though the battery is very different to the old one which just stopped working. I can’t vouch for its lifespan as only just turned it on and off.
It’s slightly bigger too but that shouldn’t be a problem if it works better…
The reason it’s 4star is because I think the price is a bit expensive.

Silva Trail Speed 5XT very bright for…
Silva Trail Speed 5XT very bright for it seize. Most use is walking my dog, skiing, cycling, outdoorlife.
Used time per day between 1 and 3 hours daily.
What I real like is the weight of the lamp self I care the battery in my pocket or in my backpack. Befor I had the Exceed 3XTbefore but problem with the battery pack. It seems like they made it better this time( have it now only two weeks). Didn't buy the following model because the light with 1200 lumen are for my use are enough.
The 3level light is a good balance with 80 - 450 -1200lumen . unfortunately you have to switch down if you need only 80 lumen. Not so nice if you site in your tent if I compare it to a other headlamps I have, the 80 lumen/ 450 lumen are much brighter than the others with the same or more lumen. Battery time 7 Ah nice I have to charge only ones a week.and the weight is acceptable. Nice you can buy a Kabel/ plug so you can use it as a Powerbank and a fastcharger. I don't have it now it's the next investment. You can buy different battery packs 10,4 Ah or3.5 or 2 Ah the 7Ah I think is the limit what I like to have on the headband. If I would buy it again yes I think the lamp is great. Delivery from Silva very fast without any problems. 4 Stars only because I have the headlamp only 2 weeks now. For the customer service get Silva 5++
