I was delivered a defective produkt ( the battery didn’t work)
I used the refund policy to change the battery but was sent the wrong type ( original 9,9ah but received a 6,6ah)

I had an issue in which one of the lamps on the headtorch lost its brightness after one year. I contacted Silva and they sent me a brand new replacement headtorch immediately! Thank you Silva!!

Actual time for shipment was OK
Actual time for shipment was OK, but to find the correct item was not very easy. Besides - the price for the battery is really exorbitant.
But - the item worked, although the light control for the lamp is still hopeless. The lamp has always been difficult to turn off; switching between the "toggle" modes is tricky and unreliable - and most times I have to disconnect to switch off. Also - the lamp gets really hot if it is not cold outside. So best use for winter.

I think that the quality of battery for…
I think that the quality of battery for my silva premium product is really bad.
I have a silva Exceed and the usb charger stopped working after using it 3 times.
This forced me to order a new charger which was really expensive.
I thought Silva was a good quality brand but for me this feels like a cheep product that is really expensive.

Trail Runner Free Ultra
The product is excellent. Just had a frustrating wait fir the product when I ordered it in early December. 2 weeks later the product still had not arrived. Once I advised Silva Sweden of the situation another unit was immediately sent out an was received between Christmas and New Year. The Eurotunnel closure delayed its arrival but I have it now and it feels great to wear and has made my dark runs much more interesting. Can see lots of nocturnal wildlife in my local park that I had never noticed before abs feel much safer running on the roads.

Iffy transaction, great torch
Great deal on the torch but I wasn’t quite sure whether I’d bought it or not as I didn’t receive a confirmation. Had to enquire via email. However, the torch arrived quickly and it’s a lovely piece of kit - a very solid piece of anodised Aluminium and a good beam. In the words of my 9 year old son, “that’s sick!”

I have a Silva CR80 headlamp
I have a Silva CR80 headlamp - an oldish, basicish one - which I love! It does what it needs to do, which is lighting the way for me on a run, it tilts and has 3 modes, low, high and flashing.
When I got it out of the draw this year the battery cap had got broken. So in an optimistic moment I emailed customer services and asked if they could help.
I was so pleased with the rapid response to my email and the offer of a new cap, free of charge which duly arrived on good time in the post!
Thank you so much - unlike Starbucks who refused to even sell me a new lid to my favourite coffee cup, Silva allowed me to keep using something that has plenty of time left before it is worn out. Thus all the bits aren't wasted and I am now a customer for life!
