Loredana was amazing! She tried her best with finding me the best accommodation in Central London. And she was so patient, trying to accommodate my request and all preferences. Her service was, simply, excellent!

I can recommend SilverDoor by any means! SilverDoor managed and assisted me during my international Assignment to China in every accommodation matter. Especially for me as a foreigner it's pretty difficult to settle down in a country as China. SilverDoor had me directly covered with an absolutely amazing apartment recommendation in a perfect advanced timely matter. It was perfectly suited for my needs.
To that I want to share their professional handling of critical matters. I was in a situation where my apartment host informed me to move out in a date which was before my actual stay/depart date. This caught me completely unexpected and raised some concerns but also in this situation my contact person Henry, directly searched for ways to contact me ASAP even though he couldn't reach out to me on the first place, he still managed to contact me and discuss this matter with me. In the end we could find a solution to this problem perfectly in time. Thank you once more Henry!

We recently secured a flat from overseas with the incredible help of Alex from Silver Door. Being abroad made the process daunting, but Alex's attentiveness and responsiveness made it a breeze. She quickly grasped our specific criteria and found a perfect match. No question was too small for Alex, and she answered everything patiently and efficiently. For added peace of mind, she even provided a direct contact in case of any issues, and always made herself available throughout the process. We can't recommend Alex highly enough!

I was lucky to approach Silverdoor for a short term rental in Leeds. The city’s hotels and apartments were fully booked but Lauren found a suitable option for me. She was super responsive and I am happy with my experience.

I contacted a few companies online to find myself a stay in London. Harvey from Silver Door was swift in his response & helped me pick the right property at the right budget. I asked for the latest property pictures & he was kind enough to get it arranged. I was able to finalize everything in less than a week. Really appreciate the quick turn around.

It would be great if the availability of listings is displayed on the website as well.

I have been looking for a serviced apartment in London for the last few months. Have got in touch with a number of online services accomodation providers, I had a bad experience with one of them also ( Blueground). Finally , I found the right one after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot. They had a review score of 4.9 , I would give it all 5 stars and mostly because of Lauren . She has been extremely professional and patient with me . She has helped me in the process of finding a good accomodation. I have booked it from September till December . I am confident that my stay is also going to be as wonderful as my experience of booking the place. All thanks to Lauren .

The wide range of apartments and locations that SilverDoor offered for my 2-month business stay in London was the best of any long-term lodging service I tried. Sara Garibaldi, the Senior Account Specialist, worked with me when my dates and criteria changed, and went to great lengths to find and secure a flat that would work for me both professionally and personally.
