There are a lot of singles on the site, but most are so far away. I did meet someone who has potential, but he's still an hour away from my home. It's hard to get to know someone so far away. I would like to see more singles that live in my area. I had problems with logging in on three separate occasions. Each time it was fixed, but I lost one day in my search.

So many profiles are bogus. Targeting my specific emotional weaknesses. U don’t seem interested in solving problem because every time I go to report a suspicious profile the app won’t send my report. EtcThe icons are confusing. The app freezes frequently and there seems to be little consistency in the delivery of new matches

What a scam. EVERYTHING needs you to subscribe. I had lots of messages and couldn’t even reply to one. Scam. Oh £50 for one month to be able to reply to someone who may if like all the rest be a fake profile lol. Seriously bad site don’t ever waste your hard earned money on this crap. At least on pof match etc you can view hundreds, this gives you 10-20 what a joke stay well clear guys and girls. You work very hard for your wages, you have been warned

I enjoy being on this site. It seems pretty easy to find things and to ask them questions. They have responded to me already. That is really helpful.

Despite my clearly stating a mileage preference of 50 miles, they continually show me, in the Recently Signed Up area, women who are MANY hundreds of miles away.

Silver Singles - 'matches' were not matches at all. Many were hundreds or thousands of miles away. Yesterday, I discovered they auto-renewed - I do not authorize this as I had paid upfront for six months but haven't used it in months. I sent several emails, but all were returned 'unable to deliver'. I have now sent a message to them, requesting the refund.

SilverSingles plays the old Bait and Switch game. The advertisement says it’s a free site to join, which is misleading. Because in actuality, it is not. It allows you to create a profile, however, without a prime membership, you cannot make contact with anyone. Only prime members can make a match or just connect by saying hello. They allow you to sign up to beat you in to become a subscriber.

I think the format is good. My only concern is the lack of candidates subscribed to this platform.

Silver singles does a good job watching for potential scammers. They are rampant on dating sites for widows. However, the rating system is very helpful. I met the love of my life here in 2021, and he matched me with 139 points. We were together until his death. I am not afraid to try again.

Do not give these people any of your money. The matches I’m receiving some of them after I delete it show up again. I’ve only been on it. I believe four days.. somewhere in there it said something about appearance of the person you’re looking for but nowhere can you find that to change it because I am getting matches that are so far-fetched it’s ridiculous and it’s annoying and frustrating. The site goes down several times a day.. when you put an age bracket I topped it at 69 years old. I’m getting 75 7674 year-old constantly. i’ve emailed customer support three maybe four times. I don’t want to exaggerate. I’ve not heard a word yet and that was right off the bat unfortunately I think I signed up for six months for 100 and some dollars. I wish I would’ve found these reviews on trust pilot I wouldn’t have gotten near this garbage.

DO NOT use this site. It and their members are targeting older folks. I had 3 matches where we exchanged messaging w/in the app/website. ALL 3 I eventually received a message from SS that the individuals were delisted due to suspicious profiles and behavior.

I don’t think this company can improve. Customer service is non responsive to requests. Their algorithms determined I was a bot and automatically banned me. I reached out to support and they requested identification, which I complied. At this point I still can’t log in. I have experience with arbitration and will pursue because of the embarrassment. I will also be contacting AMX to dispute the charges. Again customer service is horrendous, I believe the company contracts that out. Only thing I see is they are just lazy.

Horrible website. Most of the profiles I was matched with were scammers. I met one real person, had a few matches that were nowhere close to the parameters I put in for people I wanted to meet, and at least 60% of the matches were fraudulent profiles. Do not waste your time or money!

Silver Singles does not allow the user to search membership for others. One must wait for 'suggestions', thus missing possible connections. It should give this option to members

I loved the vetting process. Romance scammers are identified early on the process and removed from the platform. Furthermore SilverSingles sends emails warning me if I interacted with them and what to do if additional support or resources are needed. This vetting process helped me feel secure in dating as i was more confident that I was talking to a real person, not a bot or scammer. In fact, I have found love on this site with a real human that has similar interests as me. We are so compatible.

Received fake Profiles, when I asked a cryptic question, the Profile disappeared.

Auto renewed my sub without giving me any notice. Quite a few sites like chess.com do this too. Make sure you demand a refund within 5 days of seeing the pending charge. Site is very poor: can't specify location distances, functionality sucks, all the women's profiles seem to demand woketards

trying to log in, and not possible.wehn i request a new password, i don,t receive any message in my email.It also said i myself had cancelled the subscription (which i didn,t0.they said i had been refunded(sent me a credit note).No money came into my account. When i sent my complaint, they just raised tt after ticket

Thieving scum!!! Almost all people that contact are scammers. The site wants you to upgrade so that the fake profiles can then try to scam you out of money. You get screwed on both ends
