I ordered a rig on 24.11, questions about the item before ordering were answered immediately.
After the item was paid for, there was no response regarding the delivery date. Neither by WhatsApp or email. I've been asking for three days and just ignored🫤

Never Again!
I placed an order on 31 Oct 2022, their site indicated that the item was in stock and would be shipped in 3 to 5 days, after a week I sent multiple emails with no response until I threatened to cancel and request a refund. I was told that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the item and my order was scheduled to be shipped in a week, that did not happen. Again I have sent 3 more emails in an attempt to get an update with no response. I have no problem waiting but would appreciate an honest reply.
It is now 11/25/22 and my order has finally shipped. They have updated their website to indicate that it takes 3 weeks to manufacture the wheel. My only real issue is the lack of timely communication.
It is now 11/29/22, 4 days since my order "shipped", yet it has not moved, UPS has not received it. I was told it would be picked up by UPS within an hour, that obviously did not happen. At this point I am not sure what to believe from Simplace. As far as I know they just printed a shipping label. I am growing tired of the run-around. The weight listed on the shipping info was .50kg, this is way to low for the wheel I ordered.
On 12/1 a new shipping label was created for Fedex, Simplace blaming UPS for the delay this time. Fedex has picked up the package and is in route to me. This package weights 3.0 kg.
It is now 12/9/2022 and I have finally received the wheel that I ordered on 10/31/2022. Simplace, after all the run-around and delays chose to ship the wheel "Economy", meaning that I took another week+ to get to me. The wheel is a great product, I should have ordered it directly from the company that builds this wheel. I won't come back to Simplace for anything.
Terrible customer service, slow shipping
They advertised the rig I ordered as 'in stock' with 'ready to ship in 2 days' In reality it took them around two weeks to get it out the door. When I asked what was going on with shipping they took several days each time to have the only response be that they are looking into it.
When it finally arrived it was missing major pieces. I contacted them and initially they responded they would look into it, but it has been radio silence for days again.
Today is a month after I actually ordered the rig and I still don't have a functional rig and Simplace.co is ignoring me.

Many thx to simplace team and particularly to Rutger's customer service. I am new owner of rexing mayaris formula wheel and product is absolutely genuine. Shippment was fast, sent on friday and received on monday.
Some flaws but delivers.
It took 2 weeks to get shipment info, could be caused by my location. Support answers after asking for details. It was not the best experience but they delivered the product.

Use Email instead of the Ticket system
So I got a rim from this website as a replacement for my main rim while it was refurbished.
The rim from simplace was barely used. However, the shifter already gave in after a few hours of usage and doesn't recognize shifts anymore.
I reached out to customer service, who initially responded. However, they stopped communicating after the first contact and I haven't heard from them since.
Maybe just 1 out of many. Maybe not.
EDIT:
Ticket system does not seem to be monitored, Email moved things forward. A metal spring in the shifter needed some reinforcement and the micro switch works again.
DO NOT PRE-ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I pre-ordered a wheel on the 29-06-2022 with an expected dispatch date of 15-08-2022. (ORD02627)
Friday 19th still no update, tracking nuber or communication.
I week later still no communication as to the delay.
2 weeks later I contact Simplace they still have no idea.
3 weeks later I'm asked which colour I want (even though I already pre-order). I am told I will be contacted with tracking number asap.
Week 4 still no traking number so I ask for cancellation which I'm told I cant have because the parcel has been sent. (what happened to informing me?)
Week 5 Royal Mail have returned the parcel due to address incorrectly labeled.
Nearly 3 months wasted.
I will be contacting Paypal for a refund.
Delightful Service
Great communication and super fast and reasonably priced shipping to the US. I needed a standalone monitor stand for my rig and none of the retailers in the US offered what I was looking for. Simplace came to the rescue. I placed an order on Friday and to my great surprise the following Monday the package arrived at my house. Highly recommend these people, they are friendly and wonderful to work with. Thanks you!

WARNING: SIMPLACE SEEMS TO HAVE HUGE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS - NEVER EVER ORDER THERE!
Due to a unexpected much longer delay for a stock arrival of my pre-ordered item I did cancel my order and asked for refund.
I have been waiting for my refund via PayPal for almost 2 MONTHS now. The seller has already submitted it to PayPal 3 Times and all 3 times it was not approved by his bank because the account was not funded.
The PayPal buyer protection had to go to the next higher instance to debit the seller's account, which means an even longer wait for me.
Personally, I find it ridicoulous, impertinent and highly unprofessional that the seller has no money in his bank, which he uses in connection with his PayPal account. This is surely also the reason for the high fees they charge for payment via PayPal. This makes the company even less trustworthy than it already is.
DO NOT ORDER AT SIMPLACE! For me it was the first and last time!
ALSO - DO NOT GET FOOLED by the POSITIV COMMENTS here on Trustpilot. They are fake, sinde the names of the "customers" are the same that answer you when you contact their support!

Absolutely terrible experience,cancelled an order,was issued a refund that then failed,wheel arrived to me still anyway,refusing then to to give me my money back after failed refund through PayPal ,but saying I have to go through another company totally different to simplace,how on earth do you buy a product from a company,then when it goes wrong,say OOO It’s not us you need to deal with another company who I knew of no involvement in the transaction are responsible.AVOID this guy,many more professional companies out their that supply simgear,puresims ,demon tweaks ,digital motorsport to say but a few,simplace have many negative reviews,and edge their bets,do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Excelent Customer service and eficiency.
Made my first Simplace purchase two weeks ago for a Monitor Mount that was in stock, customer suport informed me of the shipping date after i questioned them by e-mail, product shipped on time and arrived earlier than expected. Product boxed in a very professional way wich allowed it to arrive damage free.
Highly recommended, will definatly purchase here again!

does it even show up one day?
well i ordered a wheel on the 22 of may still nothing (today is 27 of june)
just empty excusses and nothing. at this point not even sure if its gonna show up or if i just got scammed.......
tried to change wheel aswell to get it faster when he told me this would be a shorter wait... i dont know tbh.
Update Simplace reached out to me and apologized and gave me a tracking number so finally got my wheel. They ensured me this wasn’t normal and gave me a 35€ voucher so just to test I did another order wich now after 2 weeks isn’t sent it said in stock on website. They haven’t even bothered to reach out to me about it. So after they I got a voucher and a promise this isn’t how they do business and hoped I would give them re-review I’m sorry to say once is maybe bad luck twice in a row isnt they was also supposed to refund me 45€ wich they haven’t done either. So I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
