Great experience

Bought Moza R9 wheel base. It was shipped next working day, really impressed with the speed. Extra 6% discount on already very good price. The only regret I have is that they didn't have more Moza products, I would buy more. Thanks.

STAY AWAY!!! LIES AND FALSE PROMISES

5* reviews are made in return for discounts. Don't trust them. completely utter bad customer service, he/they lies about shipping costs, lies about fees, and will NOT fix any problem they create. I have been trying to get through to them for a while now, with nothing.

We've answered all of your prior emails stating that we are not allowed to collect any VAT due to Brexit (this is also stated in the "tax & shipping" section on the product page, as well as the checkout page where you see the VAT calculation. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to collect VAT for customers based in the UK and it is collected by local authorities or a third party, that is to pay directly to the respective authorities.

We are sorry that this has caused such an inconvenience, though those are the rules and we can't do anything about them. This is stated within our shipping and delivery section.

Even due to the inconvenience caused we want all our customers to be 100% happy, hence why we gave you a €25 voucher for future purchases at Simplace to meet you in the middle. This email was sent on the 17th of May which was also our last point of contact. After that, we never heard from you back since today which is almost 2 months later...

If you have any questions in the meantime, please continue the conversation with Alex who is your point of contact, or contact him through the live chat for a swift response.

Extremely satisfied! TR160+ Bucket Seat

Ordered a TR160 and a seat for my son's 16th birthday. Placed an order a little bit hesitant, due to the promised 48 hour processing time, but let me tell you IT REALLY IS 48 HOURS! Order was shipped extremely fast! When I got the package I had to assemble it myself to surprise my son, which was not an easy task for a person, that has never touched any kind of tools in their life lol. Reached out to support, and the guys over there guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Thanks for the personal approach and huge help in the biggest surprise of my sons life. Caution do not Pre-Order from the Company

I pre-ordered the Trak Racer TRX Sim Racing Frame on 11/25/2022 with an estimated shipping date of late December 2022 from Simplace.
First it was supposed to be delivered at the end of December, then it was postponed and I was supposed to receive it at the end of February.
After consultation with Trak Racer, I was told that Simplace had not placed an order with Trak Racer.
That's why the TRX, the first batch is now sold out and I would have to wait for the second batch, which will not be available until the end of May or June.

You have not placed the order again.
Because I think you'll wait until the item is in stock at Trak Racer and then order it,
but thats wrong
as it is a pre-order and the second batch will also be sold out in May-June.
if you don't place the order beforehand.
I don't know what the problem is, just pass my order on to Trak Racer and order.

I asked you when my item will be shipped,

Simplace answered me like this
She waiting for the release of Trak Racer,
how is this supposed to work if Trak Racer hasn't received an order from you? Impossible, I've never seen anything like it. I don't think you know what a pre-order is.

They rarely don't always reply to emails or chats, my last email of 3/7/2023 was not answered either.
I've wasted waiting almost 4 months now for absolutely nothing They don't give any updates either. I took care of this problem myself at Trak Racer.
I do not recommend this store in any way, prefer to order directly from the manufacturers or from other stores, there are enough good stores.

After 2 weeks i have still not received…

After 2 weeks i have still not received my complete order! But money is withdrawn from my account. Package is now lost with UPS and no reply via the chat.
Worst company ever - will never buy from here again. Have instead order the parts which I never got from the manufacturers websites and got all within few days, at the same price.
Just a hint - look on the manufacturers website instead

Great experience! We ordered a sim-racing setup for our newly renovated office. We had no knowledge about sim-racing gear upfront and asked for advice through their WhatsApp customer service. Have order on saturday morning.
There is a info for shipping out in 2 days. No Mail. No answer...

- I received an immediate response an hour after the review. My mail wos in spam. Now i have a date and i will wait. if i get a shipping confirmation on thursday i will give more stars

RS6 Chassis | Awesome Experience

I ordered the RS6 Chassis from Simplace a few weeks back. The product was out of stock worldwide and I was looking at getting it asap. Their customer support team messaged me about a possible delay in dispatch time but worked through with me every step of the way. Overall my experience with them was amazing, the wait time is a bit higher, but that is due to the supplier, nothing to blame the guys over at Simplace for!!! Amazing experience, and big thanks to Jesse for making sure I was constantly updated!!!!

Took a while but it got here

4 stars and not 5 just because they took a while to ship my order, but it still was on the 5th business day of the 3 to 5 days they displayed on their website, so it was on time. Once it was shipped, it got to me really fast. I got quick replies to the emails I sent to them. Would buy from them again, just need to be a bit patient.

TR80mk5 - Trak Racer
Very fast delivery, after few negative reviews about Trak racer i was little sceptical, but everything comes as ordered, no missing parts or scratch profiles. Installation is little bit longer but nothing special.
Rig comes with seat brackets in price.
Rig is super stiff, at this moment with Fanatec DD pro, but in near future i will install VRS DFP base.

First time's a winner!

Being me, I of course ordered my flight sim hardware at one of the busiest time of the year. There was a slight delay in dispatching, but nothing egregious or inconvenient overall.

The only negative point that I can think of what a slight breakdown in communication after ordering that left me in the dark a little as to when my order would be shipped. I fed this back, in my usual wordy way, and the feedback was met with a neutral eye and an open mind... as well as a willingness to engage. Most refreshing and seemingly rare as of late.

But again, considering the time of year that I ordered, my experience on the whole has been a positive one. SHOP HERE! These guys are great, the hardware selection is current and competitive... and I will be back!
