Do not use. You can do all this online for a fraction of "their fees" & do not beliebe their spin it is totally legal. No reviews necessary unless you decide to change it. If you have a trade union at work also thay can do all this for a fraction of the cost. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES.

We consider this review to be beyond belief. We cannot identify the reviewer as a client of ours, nor having had any interaction with us.
We reached out via Trustpilot to discuss this, but the reviewer refused this. We have queried with Trustpilot as to why someone who has not had any interaction with us has been allowed to leave a review and promote an alternative supplier to ourselves (neither thing being allowed in Trustpilot guidelines). Trustpilot have said they can see no issue in this.
However, while it is true that an individual can write their own Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney, it should be noted that as non-professionals there is an increased possibility of an error.
Unfortunately, where it comes to errors in these documents being discovered it will inevitably be too late. It is worth noting that our advice is backed by a £5M insurance policy.
You wouldn’t do dentistry on yourself so why would you risk your family’s inheritance in the same way?

Wills and POA.
The call was on time, the young man was very polite and explained a lot of things. He did have to call back as he had forgotten to mention and take payment for one item, very apologetic so no problem.
Follow up call from Zane today and discovered Will had not told us about optional monthly fee. Which I have now declined. Overall satisfied with the process.

Fantastic company and great service
Fantastic company and great service.
Shane and the team called in advance of my actual appointment to check some details and confirm appointment time which made the whole process very quick and easy.
Shane also clearly explained everything as we went along and made optional suggestions but for now I am happy to just go with the basic will.
My sister recommended me and I would highly recommend this company to others.
