I’ve tried other companies and either you have to be on their expensive plan to get actual help from a person, or they simply don’t offer to talk to someone at all. Very frustrating.

Simplero is the best platform I have ever used for anything.
It is truly value for money, not only due to the endless possibilities of setting up homepages, landing pages, courses, and automation on everything, but also due to the extreme service level from all of their customer service! In addition it links perfectly well to my webinar platform, zoom meetings, and calendar with questionnaire filtration of customers, etc.
So I have my entire business basically here on one single platform!
What I like about the customer service, is that they are always there for you. They even scheduled a live zoom call when I signed up, and they simply just have your back all the way, and all the time.
They are also very patient with someone like me, who is not very technical, and they offer links and make small VDO's on everything I don't understand!
If possible I'd have given them 6 stars!

Simplero is the most user-centric company I've ever come across. The platform itself is quite complicated, but the staff is there to hold your hand and help you every step of the way. I actually purchased concierge services with Maria Eugenia and she was AWESOME and helped me to achieve in one hour what I'd paid someone else way more to do and they'd messed it up.
Highly recommend Maria Eugenia and their other concierge staff members as well as all of their support staff, especially Allie. Allie is a life saver and really cares about her peeps.
Were it not for Simplero's amazing staff I would be totally lost. They are stellar and I highly recommend!
