I simply cannot say enough positive…

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Simplero and Justine. In the past several years on Simplero, I asked A LOT of questions, and Justine has always been super patient, compassionate, and truly invested in helping me. The responses are human, not canned responses that send you to outdated documentation and wish you good luck. I sing Simplero's praises to anyone who would listen, and a huge part of it is their world-class CS team.

I am not a technically oriented person

I am not a technically oriented person. At first, I found Simplero -- well, daunting! However, their customer service is first rate. From free group weekly calls to individual chat based help, I have begun to build my skills and understand that this platform is, indeed, quite simple.

A special shout out to Allie who helped me in a time crunch learn how to do something I was struggling with. She was prompt, thorough, clear, and fabulously kind. Thank you!!!

CX Team is the best in the industry

The customer support team at Simplero are simply amazing. They are prompt, they send personal LOOMS of your problem using your dashboard, they are so helpful, and above all nice to deal with.

Simplero have really super support…

Simplero have a really super Support team who are responsive, listen and genuinely care about their users! I had a great experience with Allie recently in customer support.

My business is built around Simplero as Certified Simplero Expert and I love how easy Simplero makes it for me and my clients to plan, build and grow our online businesses. The software is fantastic, and the team behind it are even better!

Superb Platform and Team

I've had such a pleasure working in Simplero and with their staff. Their how-to tutorials both video and text are really thorough. And even if there is something I don't understand, their customer service is absolutely top notch. Super responsive, detailed, and they will even create walk through video based on your product so you know exactly how to set things up based on your use cases. I'm still learning the platform, but their functionality is vast and they listen to customer feedback to continue to make a stellar product. We have several successful products we have launched on their platform over the years and a lot of that success is based on their functionality and customer service.

Simplero is the best system if you want…

Simplero is the best system if you want to run online-courses and coaching. I have used them for 5 years, and they cover all my needs. This all-in-one system enables me to handle several hundred course-participants at the same time. Very good support and fast answers if I need some help.
