I order part for my vaccum on 11th april with next day delivery now its 21st april and i still didnt get it

Awful Customer Service

I was initially please with the purchase of the spot-washer, but it broke broke very quickly.
While I can’t complain about the motor, the parts are flimsy and the water button broke after only a few uses!

I’ve contacted Simplicity several times and they never come back to me. Awful customer service,

Very disappointed. Really wish I’d spent the extra and bought a better known brand.

Recommended

Good prices, quick delivery and all working like a should.
Carpet after cleaning is almost dry. Easy to clean after.
I think that's good machine to use.
