Absolutely terrible service!
Requesting call backs, as soon as i answer they hang up.
Put my inital claim in over a month ago and only today did my doctor recieve the form to fill out and send back.
I put my money and trust into thie company as a safety net and as it stands ive had nothing but after a catastrophic injury and at the point where i cant even afford food!
Case handeler is called Luke - Absolute discraseful employee and he needs looking into! Discraseful!!!

I had a great experience setting up our business insurance with Simply Business. The lady who helped me was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. I had to put her on hold a few times while I gathered some information, and she never complained or made me feel rushed. She remained friendly and understanding from start to finish, making the whole experience much easier. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate her help and would happily recommend Simply Business.

Forced auto-renewal = locked In! :(
Cancelling the policy has been made as difficult as possible (you cannot do this online) to enforce auto-renewal - so I will definitely be cancelling as a matter of principle.
