The first time I rented a car, I bought Sincera insurance. After returning the car, a screw was found in the tire, and the rental company sent me a Damage Invoice. Unfortunately, they didn't include all the documents the insurer required. Apparently, it's customary to send everything needed, so Sincera assumed I had just forgotten to attach them.

​Unfortunately, despite trying both by email and phone (which cost me a lot of time and nerves), I couldn't get the rental company to provide the necessary documents. Once I informed Sincera about this, the issue was resolved in a flash. It's a pity that the rental company either didn't know or didn't want to send what was required.

I had the mishap of grazing a rental car from Drivalia against a wall on my way to the airport to return it. I was charged €800 for bodywork damage. As soon as I saw the charge on my credit card, I filed a claim on Monday. It was approved on Tuesday, and I was reimbursed on Wednesday. I would say the service was impeccable. I would absolutely recommend it.
