I ordered an engine cover for my 1999 7.3L Powerstroke Ford F250 XLT. Got the part in a reasonable amount of time. It looked amazing and very well built. It didn't come close to fitting my motor. Tried calling customer service CS and was prompted to use the contact us link. I received an RMA in an email with instructions. I mailed it back at my expense ($57) requesting an exchange. I sent another note in the same fashion due to no mention of exchange. Katie
from CS called and left a message that this part did not fit early 1999 model years. Their website part description states, in part .."Fits 1999-2003 Powerstroke." I called Katie back and asked for a "return shipping" refund since this was not my mistake. She said no. Great product, poor return policy for legitimate returns.

Parts ordered were packed well i protective packaging and shipped quickly. Received everything in approximately 4 days in very good condition, all parts fit exactly and were very easy to install. Degas tank and coolant bypass filter kit both installed in less than an hour! Very pleased with the materials and workmanship on the parts, they look great. Will be making more upgrades to my 6.0L soon using Sinister Diesel parts!
