Excellent customer service
This company really helped me find the right tap to suit my needs. They went out of their way to make calls to find out the specification and got back to me very promptly. It was refreshing to speak to a human and their customer service was excellent. My tap arrived within 24hours. I highly recommend this excellent and their excellent products

A sinking feeling with incompetent SINKS.CO.UK
We ordered a sink that was shown as ‘in stock’ on their website. I rang them a couple of days later to see when the delivery would be and I was abruptly told it would be delivered in about 20 days as it wasn’t in stock. The refund would not be immediate and would be within a few days!!
Now I know why they have such a poor reputation!
A complete lack of customer service!

No refund after being mis-sold the wrong plumbing kit
I bought a two bowl kitchen sink, at the checkout the website recommended a plumbing kit. There were no questions as to the other appliances to be connected (dishwasher and washing machine). When my plumber arrived a couple of weeks later he said it was the wrong plumbing kit. When I asked to return and have a refund they refused, saying it was past 14 days. Anyone fitting a kitchen knows that things take longer than anticipated. They have really poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend them

I don't understand how this company is still trading as the number of one star reviews is higher than the number of stars in the sky.
Each disappointed customer stressed the fact that they are outsourcing so they don't even know if things are in stock and take your money before they check that. Things arrive with huge delays and often parts are missing and, like in my case, you wait for almost a month after returning the good for your money to be returned to you.
Don't use them, don't, please, don't! You are better off going somewhere else.

I recently ordered a sink and was really happy with the whole experience. There was a small mix up when I got the wrong item. I called up and spoke to Will and then Niomi, and they sorted it straight away. I’ll definitely be back to order a tap for my utility soon.

Be very wary of using this company.
I spent £225 and after the goods arrived and I needed some help with a missing part, I had the 'let's fob the customer off as quickly as possible' customer service. They proved, through their bungling incompetence and lack of interest that at a senior level within the organisation they don't have a clue. It's hard to understand how a company remains in business treating its customers in this way. I only wished that I'd looked at their reviews before placing an order, that would have saved me from this ‘worst in class’ service.

Very good customer service
I bought 2 Franke sinks and plumbing kits, sinks were 2nd cheapest place I could find (but cheapest wasn’t in stock). One was missing the overflow kit so I called them. All sorted over the phone and the overflow was delivered the very next day.

Very bad company. They lie about delivery dates and claim to have items in stock when they don’t. After placing the order, they fail to deliver on time, and a few days later they say the sink might arrive a few days later but still not sure when . Very unprofessional and unreliable

They sent out an incomplete order over four weeks ago - we were missing the sink waste kit. Since then we have phoned them eight times and emailed them four times and still have not received the missing items despite assurances every time we have spoken to them. Unbelievably poor levels of customer service and a warning to anyone who is contemplating using this company.
They have replied below that I emailed them for the first time only two weeks ago - this is correct. However I had for the previous two weeks spoken on the phone to them four times with no joy and then had to revert to emailing.
Spoke to them again 9n the phone this morning where they promised (yet again) to send the missing parts by first class post today to be delivered tomorrow. On their message below they now say the parts will be with me by the end of the week - aaaaggghhhhh
You can’t make this kind of customer service up….

I am writing regarding my order #837742164, placed on Saturday, 20th September, for a kitchen sink. To say that I am disappointed with the service and delivery process so far would be an understatement.
I have been in contact with your team since last Friday 26th September, and each time I reach out, I receive the same vague response: “we will track the order and let you know.” but I haven't received any response. I called again on Monday, then again on Tuesday, and once more today (1st October), only to be told the identical explanation. Now I am being asked to wait an additional 72 hours for an “investigation.”
Meanwhile, my kitchen is in absolute disarray. The old sink has already been removed in preparation for the new one, and yet your delivery failure has left me in an extremely inconvenient and frankly unacceptable situation.
I genuinely never expected that ordering a sink from your company would result in this much stress, disruption, and frustration. The lack of clarity, urgency, and accountability in handling this matter is deeply disappointing.
At this point, I urgently request a clear and concrete update on my order status, knowing exactly when I can expect delivery.
I hope you understand the gravity of this situation and treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Failed to deliver as agreed
Failed to deliver as agreed, only sending one of two items. Then gave different reasons as to why, and lots if promised call backs and emails which they did not honour. Had six phone calls to try and resolve. Finally second product arrived after I had been told it was out of stock. Meanwhile I'd ordered another from someone else. Total shambles. If you can buy elsewhere, do so would be my advice.
